盘截面形式对混凝土扩盘桩抗拔破坏状态的影响研究
[Abstract]:Concrete expanded pile is another kind of development mode of variable cross section pile after expanding bottom pile, extruded branch pile and so on. This pile type abandons the former "support" form of extruded branch pile, all of which is composed of variable cross section pile in the form of enlarged plate. The theoretical research and practical piling technology have made some achievements through a series of development. The main piling techniques are extruded pile, rotary expanded pile and drilled pile, and different piling processes have different piling effects. At the same time, the cross-section form of the enlarged plate is also different, so the bearing capacity and bearing capacity of different pile types may also be slightly different. At present, the existing research results of concrete expanded disc pile are mainly aimed at enlarging the disc spacing, slope angle, cantilever diameter, and so on. The main content of this paper is the difference of bearing capacity and force of different cross-section concrete pile formed by different piling technology under vertical tensile force. By establishing four groups of concrete pile models under the same conditions, and extracting the corresponding displacement, the stress-strain cloud map is analyzed and compared. Through the comparison and analysis of the model section form of concrete expanded disc pile in finite element analysis and the simulation result under the form of concrete expanded disc pile section formed by actual pile forming technology, the similarities and differences among them are found out. Thus, the availability of the obtained formulas for different cross-section concrete pile expansion plates is determined. On the basis of this, four groups of concrete pile with different cross-section are designed in this paper, that is, unsymmetrical pile with curve on the plate (pile formed by drilling and expanding process), unsymmetrical pile with straight line on the plate (ideal model), symmetrical pile with curve at the end of the plate (extruding and expanding). The failure state of symmetrical pile with tip angle (ideal model) was studied by laboratory test of small scale semi-section pile of undisturbed soil in laboratory. The results are compared with the results of ANSYS software theory analysis. In this paper, the half-section pile of 1:40 is used to test the undisturbed soil in laboratory, and the failure of soil is observed, and the load-displacement of the pile is measured. Compared with the whole pile test, the half-section pile model test has the advantages of observing the whole failure process, and the pile displacement is clearly visible. Based on the results of comparative test and theoretical analysis, the differences and advantages of concrete pile with different cross-sections are analyzed, and the applicability and reliability of the calculation model of the uplift bearing capacity of concrete pile are put forward. To lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent study, so that the study of concrete plate pile has been improved.
