基于海绵城市理念下的透水砖及铺装设计

【摘要】:城市中大面积的地表硬化是城市化的特征之一,不透水铺装改变了土壤、植被和渗透层对水的天然循环属性,导致了热岛效应及洪涝灾害等一系列负面问题。近年来。城市建设已经意识到过度硬化产生的危害,逐步转向一种全新的,具有环保、生态和水资源保护功能的地面铺设——透水铺装。这不仅成为城镇发展的必要措施,也是海绵城市建设的重要课题之一,但是现有的透水砖并不能完全达到国家使用标准,虽然具有初步的透水模式,但是长时间使用就会由于强度不够而产生大规模的劈裂、磨损,其破坏程度很高、而且大规模使用透水砖的成本很高,极大的影响了透水砖在海绵城市中的推广使用。故本文针对如何提高透水砖铺装的使用率作为本设计的重点。本文首先对透水铺装系统的使用情况进行了分析,发现目前针对硬质地面处理的透水砖铺装方式存在的一些问题,透水砖本身的成型方式使其强度始终不能与硬质铺装相比,导致透水砖在实际应用时会产生大面积的碎裂。其次一些利用结构透水的砖体因为其缝隙过大,会在长时间使用之后孔隙堵塞,清理维护十分困难。这些问题都大大降低了透水铺装对海绵城市的渗透性作用,本文围绕上诉问题设计了一种以高强度的不透水砖体(大砖)包围透水砖(小砖)的组合方式,利用小砖作为渗水点,在铺设地面上规则排列,来解决目前硬质铺装不透水与透水路面强度不够,易堵塞等问题。并根据这种包围式原理设计了不同的铺装样式,在形式上解决透水铺装的单一样式问题。利用这种包围式的砖体设计提高了透水砖的强度、延长使用寿命、避免了后期维护的复杂性,也丰富了铺装的多样性,减轻了城市建设的经济负担,提高透水砖在海绵城市中的利用率。
[Abstract]:Surface hardening is one of the characteristics of urbanization in cities. Impermeable paving changes the natural circulation of soil, vegetation and permeable layer to water, resulting in a series of negative problems such as heat island effect and flood disaster. In recent years Urban construction has realized the harm caused by excessive hardening and gradually turned to a completely new surface-permeable pavement with the functions of environmental protection, ecology and water resources protection. This is not only a necessary measure for the development of cities and towns, but also an important subject in the construction of sponge cities. However, the existing permeable bricks do not fully meet the national standards for use, although they have a preliminary permeable model. However, because of insufficient strength, large-scale splitting, wear and tear will occur for long time, and the cost of large-scale use of permeable brick is very high, which greatly affects the popularization and use of permeable brick in sponge city. Therefore, this paper focuses on how to improve the utilization rate of permeable brick pavement. In this paper, the application of permeable paving system is analyzed, and it is found that the strength of permeable brick can not be compared with that of hard pavement because of the existing problems in the way of permeable brick pavement. This will lead to large area fragmentation of permeable brick in practical application. Secondly, some brick bodies which make use of the structure permeate water will be blocked by pores after a long period of use because the cracks are too large, so it is very difficult to clean up and maintain the brick body. These problems greatly reduce the permeability of permeable paving to sponge city. This paper designs a combination of high strength impermeable brick (big brick) surrounding permeable brick (small brick) around the appeal problem. In order to solve the problems of impermeable and impermeable pavement, such as low strength and easy clogging, the small brick is used as seepage point and regular arrangement on laying ground. According to this principle, different pavement styles are designed to solve the problem of single style of permeable pavement in form. The use of this enclosing brick design improves the strength of the permeable brick, prolongs its service life, avoids the complexity of later maintenance, enriches the variety of pavement, and reduces the economic burden of urban construction. Improve the utilization ratio of permeable brick in sponge city.
