基于BIM技术的公共项目利益相关者沟通平台研究

【摘要】:目前,我国公共项目正处于投资建设的高速发展时期,为维护社会生产与社会和谐发挥着至关重要的作用。公共项目涉及的利益相关者复杂而多元,致使公共项目利益相关者之间的沟通存在诸多问题。因此,为解决公共项目利益相关者之间沟通问题探索可行的途径,构建面向公共项目全生命周期的利益相关者沟通平台,扩宽公共项目利益相关者沟通渠道,具有重要的研究意义。建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)理念用于解决建筑工程项目各参与方沟通问题,越来越被建筑行业各部门各专业以及国内外研究学者关注和应用,尤其是结构复杂、利益相关者众多的公共项目。BIM技术的核心是在建筑全生命周期内实现建筑信息的转换与共享,在该技术下应用国际统一标准IFC协助构建沟通平台不仅能够解决标准不统一造成的信息断层、信息孤岛等现象,也为公共项目利益相关者沟通提供了媒介和渠道,为解决公共项目利益相关者沟通不畅导致的工程质量、进度、成本等问题指明了方向。基于以上研究背景与目的,综合运用利益相关者理论、BIM技术、国际标准IFC、软件工程技术、文献综述、问卷调查、Mitchell打分等理论与方法,以解决公共项目利益相关者之间沟通问题为目标,以构建基于BIM技术的公共项目利益相关者沟通平台为中心展开研究。首先基于利益相关者理论运用Mitchell打分法对公共项目利益相关者进行识别与分类,将公共项目利益相关者划分成主要利益相关者、次要利益相关者和边缘利益相关者,并完成对主要利益相关者的特征分析,解决了公共项目利益相关者复杂多元不清晰的问题,为构建沟通平台奠定基础;其次根据公共项目的主要利益相关者及其特征完成对沟通平台的专用功能和通用功能需求分析、功能模块设计、网络模式选择以及商业逻辑布置等步骤,建立了公共项目利益相关者沟通平台基本架构,实现对公共项目沟通平台的构建,并结合IFC标准对平台数据库进行设计开发;最后对平台功能模块初步实现,并结合实际工程案例验证基于BIM技术的公共项目利益相关者沟通平台的可行性。论文的研究成果识别了公共项目的利益相关者,构建了独立的用于公共项目利益相关者之间的信息交流与分享的沟通平台,拓展了公共项目沟通的研究领域,丰富了平台建设的研究成果,为提升公共项目利益相关者之间沟通水平开拓了新的方向。
[Abstract]:At present, China's public projects are in the period of rapid development of investment and construction, which plays a vital role in maintaining social production and social harmony. There are many problems in communication between public project stakeholders because of the complexity and diversity of stakeholders involved in public projects. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of communication between stakeholders of public projects, we should explore the feasible ways to construct the platform of stakeholder communication for the whole life cycle of public projects, and expand the communication channels of stakeholders of public projects. It has important research significance. The idea of building information model (Building Information modeling is used to solve the problem of communication among the participants in construction projects. It has been paid more and more attention to and applied by various departments of the construction industry as well as domestic and foreign researchers, especially the complexity of the structure. The core of public project. BIM technology with many stakeholders is to realize the conversion and sharing of building information in the whole life cycle of building. Under this technology, the application of international unified standard IFC to help build communication platform can not only solve the information gap and information island caused by different standards, but also provide a medium and channel for public project stakeholders to communicate. In order to solve the problems of project quality, schedule and cost caused by poor communication between stakeholders of public projects, this paper points out the direction. Based on the above research background and purpose, the theories and methods of BIM technology, IFCstandard, software engineering technology, literature review, questionnaire survey and Mitchell scoring are used. The goal is to solve the problem of communication among stakeholders in public projects, and the research center is to construct a communication platform for stakeholders of public projects based on BIM technology. Firstly, based on stakeholder theory, Mitchell scoring method is used to identify and classify public project stakeholders, and public project stakeholders are divided into main stakeholders, secondary stakeholders and marginal stakeholders. And the characteristics of the main stakeholders are analyzed to solve the complex multiple unclear problems of public project stakeholders and lay the foundation for the construction of communication platform. Secondly, according to the main stakeholders and their characteristics of the public project, the special function and general function requirement analysis of the communication platform, the design of the function module, the selection of the network mode and the business logic arrangement are completed. The basic framework of public project stakeholder communication platform is established, and the public project communication platform is constructed, and the platform database is designed and developed in combination with IFC standard. Finally, the platform function module is implemented preliminarily. The feasibility of public project stakeholder communication platform based on BIM technology is verified by practical engineering cases. The research results of the paper identify the stakeholders of public projects, construct an independent communication platform for information exchange and sharing among stakeholders of public projects, and expand the research field of public project communication. It enriches the research results of platform construction and opens up a new direction for improving the communication level among stakeholders of public projects.
