双钢板—混凝土组合剪力墙的抗震性能试验及数值分析

【摘要】:剪力墙构件是超高层建筑必不可少的构件之一,主要用来抵抗建筑物所受到的侧向水平力。传统混凝土剪力墙存在湿作业过多、墙体过厚和成本过大等问题,已不满足国家十三五规划中提出大力发展绿色建筑的要求。而钢板混凝土组合剪力墙能够充分发挥混凝土结构和钢结构各自的特点,改善传统剪力墙的一些缺陷,从而推动钢结构建筑和装配式建筑与绿色建筑深度融合。目前主要有单钢板混凝土组合剪力墙和双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙两个研究方向。单钢板混凝土组合剪力墙已有了较多较全面的研究,对于双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙的研究主要集中在整体抗剪性能和设计方法,但内部抗剪连接件对组合剪力墙抗震性能的影响仍缺乏系统研究。因此迫切需要对带有内部抗剪连接件的组合剪力墙其各项性能进行深入研究,本文主要开展的研究工作如下:(1)进行了4个双钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙在低周往复荷载作用下的抗震性能试验,详细研究了组合剪力墙的受力机理、滞回性能和破坏形式,研究了水平荷载和水平位移的滞回曲线和骨架曲线。研究了结构的刚度退化、强度退化、延性和耗能能力,分析了组合剪力墙的钢板和混凝土协同工作状态。(2)对4个试验试件分别建立了有限元分析模型,通过试验数据验证了有限元分析模型的准确性。对采用波形钢筋作为抗剪连接件的双钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙进行了非线性全过程受力分析,研究了试件的应力分布。利用有限元分析模型进行了组合剪力墙的剪切变形分析,探讨了试验过程中组合剪力墙剪切变形所占总变形的比例。(3)建立了模拟双钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙的轴压性能有限元分析模型,通过试验验证了该有限元分析模型的准确性和合理性。进行了双钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙轴压性能的参数分析,研究了抗剪连接件、钢板强度、混凝土强度、钢板厚度等参数对组合剪力墙轴压性能的影响,获得了主要的影响参数。(4)建立了模拟双钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙的抗剪性能有限元分析模型,通过试验验证了该有限元分析模型的准确性和合理性。进行了双钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙抗剪性能的参数分析,研究了抗剪连接件、钢板强度、混凝土强度、钢板厚度等参数对组合剪力墙抗剪性能的影响,获得了主要的影响参数。
[Abstract]:Shear wall member is one of the essential components of super high-rise building, which is mainly used to resist the lateral horizontal force of the building. The traditional concrete shear wall has many problems, such as too much wet work, too thick wall and too large cost, which can not meet the requirement of developing green building in the 13th Five-Year Plan. The steel plate concrete composite shear wall can give full play to the characteristics of concrete structure and steel structure, and improve some defects of traditional shear wall, thus promoting the deep integration of steel structure building and prefabricated building and green building. At present, there are two main research directions: single plate concrete composite shear wall and double plate concrete composite shear wall. Single steel plate concrete composite shear wall has been studied more comprehensively. The research on double plate concrete composite shear wall is mainly focused on the overall shear performance and design method. However, the influence of internal shear connectors on seismic performance of composite shear walls is still lack of systematic study. Therefore, it is urgent to study the performance of composite shear wall with internal shear joint. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the seismic behavior tests of four composite shear walls with double steel plate and concrete under low cyclic load are carried out, and the mechanical mechanism, hysteretic behavior and failure form of composite shear walls are studied in detail. The hysteretic curve and skeleton curve of horizontal load and displacement are studied. The stiffness degradation, strength degradation, ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the structure are studied, and the cooperative working state of steel plate and concrete of composite shear wall is analyzed. (2) the finite element analysis models are established for four test specimens. The accuracy of the finite element analysis model is verified by the experimental data. The nonlinear whole process stress analysis of double steel plate concrete composite shear wall with corrugated steel bar as shear connector is carried out and the stress distribution of the specimen is studied. The shear deformation analysis of composite shear wall is carried out by using finite element analysis model. The ratio of shear deformation of composite shear wall to total deformation is discussed. (3) the finite element analysis model of axial compression behavior of composite shear wall with double steel plate and concrete is established. The accuracy and rationality of the finite element analysis model are verified by experiments. The axial compression behavior of composite shear wall with double steel plate and concrete was analyzed, and the influence of shear joint, strength of steel plate, strength of concrete and thickness of steel plate on axial compression performance of composite shear wall was studied. The main influence parameters are obtained. (4) the finite element analysis model of the shear behavior of double-plate-concrete composite shear wall is established, and the accuracy and rationality of the finite element analysis model are verified by experiments. The parameters of shear resistance of composite shear wall with double steel plate and concrete are analyzed. The influence of shear joint, strength of steel plate, strength of concrete and thickness of steel plate on the shear resistance of composite shear wall is studied, and the main parameters are obtained.
