建筑方案设计的视觉“表面”与“刺点”

【摘要】：建筑方案设计是建筑设计中的重要环节,它具备一定的创造性,也是一个十分复杂的课题,因为它涉及设计者的知识水平、实战经验、艺术素养、创作灵感和丰富的想象力。随着中国经济近二十年的高速发展,城镇化建设的大力推进、地产行业的持续高温,也给建筑设计及建筑相关行业带来了春天。这里徽派中国风,隔壁就是欧式古典,很多城市如果不是地名区分都很难辨别此地为何处。即便不论风格很多作品也不是那般尽善尽美,更多是徒有其表经不起推敲。简单说这些设计作品,没能带给我们视觉的“表面”与“刺点”。本文将系统阐述方案设计的一些创作思路和优化方法,用直白的图例和艺术理论来引申,使观者能在美的认识上产生共鸣。希望专业人士在设计时,不仅仅是做设计工作,而应该充分运用自身的知识和经验,选择合理的方法,构思满足设计要求及设计原理的解决方案。
[Abstract]:Architectural scheme design is an important link in architectural design. It has a certain degree of creativity and is also a very complex subject, because it involves the designer's knowledge level, actual combat experience, artistic literacy, creative inspiration and rich imagination. With the rapid development of China's economy in the past two decades, the rapid development of urbanization and the sustained high temperature in the real estate industry, it has also brought spring to the architectural design and construction related industries. Here Huizhou Chinese style, next door is European classical, many cities if not geographical distinction is difficult to tell where it is. No matter the style of many works is not so perfect, more than its appearance can not withstand scrutiny. In short, these designs fail to give us visual "surface" and "prickle". In this paper, some creative ideas and optimization methods of scheme design are systematically expounded, which are extended by direct legend and art theory, so that the viewer can resonate with each other in the understanding of beauty. It is hoped that the professionals should make full use of their own knowledge and experience, choose reasonable methods, and conceive solutions that meet the design requirements and principles when designing, not only doing the design work, but also making full use of their own knowledge and experience.
