预制装配式建筑设计施工一体化研究

【摘要】:预制装配式建筑是未来建筑产业化的发展方向,笔者以上海市内环内第1个装配式住宅建筑——翡丽甲第的成功实施为例,对预制装配式建筑的设计施工全过程一体化进行研究。通过研究发现结构构件拆分深化设计联系现场实际、综合考虑施工全过程中构件的应力分布、机电管线设计优化、利用预制构件特性等对设计施工有极大促进作用。施工中充分领会设计意图、做好成品保护、优化关键施工节点等可有效地促进生产效率,提升经济效益,促进预制装配式建筑的发展。
[Abstract]:Prefabricated building is the development direction of building industrialization in the future. The author takes the successful implementation of the first assembled residential building in the inner ring of Shanghai as an example. The whole process of design and construction of prefabricated buildings is studied. Through the research, it is found that the split and deepening design of structural members is combined with the field practice, the stress distribution of the members during the whole construction process is considered synthetically, the mechanical and electrical pipeline design is optimized, and the characteristics of the prefabricated members are used to promote the design and construction greatly. In construction, the design intention is fully understood, the finished product is protected, the key construction nodes are optimized and so on, which can effectively promote the production efficiency, enhance the economic benefit and promote the development of prefabricated building.
