基于TAM-TOE模型的BIM技术采纳与应用策略研究
[Abstract]:While making great contribution to the economic growth and social development, the construction industry is faced with the problems of serious waste of resources and low production efficiency, and its overall development level is still relatively low. With the development and progress of the society, the projects with complicated technology, huge investment, numerous participants and numerous information come forth. The emergence of building information model (BIM), on the one hand, provides ideas for solving many problems existing in the construction industry, on the other hand, it provides a method for the smooth implementation of complex projects. Although BIM has attracted wide attention in the industry, the adoption degree and application level of enterprises are still relatively low. Therefore, it is necessary to study the factors that affect the adoption of BIM. In this paper, firstly, the theory of BIM technology and technology acceptance model is systematically expounded. According to the characteristics of BIM application and the advantages and disadvantages of each technology acceptance model, the modified TAM-TOE model is selected to be applied to the study of enterprise BIM adoption. This paper identifies 12 external factors that affect the adoption of BIM by enterprises, including environmental factors, technical factors, organizational factors and economic factors, analyzes and constructs a preliminary TAM-TOE model map of BIM adoption by enterprises, and makes a questionnaire to carry out an investigation. Then the interval number DEMATEL method is used to process the collected data, and the comprehensive influence degree among the factors is obtained. According to this, the TAM-TOE model diagram adopted by BIM is obtained. Then the influence degree, the center degree and the cause degree of the factors influencing the BIM adoption of the enterprise are obtained, and the dividing line is that the cause degree is equal to 0, and the nine cause factors whose cause degree is greater than 0 are obtained. Among them, 8 have strong driving effect, and 6 result factors whose cause degree is less than 0, 5 of which have higher centrality. Finally, eight factors with strong driving effect were used as independent variables, and five result factors with higher centrality were used as dependent variables for 10 times, and the influence of cause factors on result factors was obtained. The cause factors are sorted according to the influencing conditions. According to four kinds of factors, environmental factor, technical factor, organization factor and economic factor, this paper puts forward the corresponding solution strategy, which has certain reference function to promote the adoption and application of BIM in our country.
