岩土工程项目成本影响因素的控制方法研究

【摘要】:最近几年来,岩土施工行业不断进行发展和改革,业务范围不断地拓宽,但大多数的单位依然沿用着“事业单位、企业经营”的管理体制,因此,岩土单位增强盈利能力,摆脱岩土行业单位长期以来在旧的管理理念下的束缚,改变岩土成本管理方面落后的局面,清醒把握自身的脉博,对症下药,实现降低岩土施工成本的工作目标,给企业带来更多的效益势在必行。本文首先对国内外的岩土体制、成本因素以及施工可以降低成本的方向进行理论研究,对国内外各种项目成本控制方法进行深入分析和归纳,试图探讨岩土施工过程中的改革改进的可行性,提出岩土行业模式的新形式与施工成本控制的新途径,借此探索岩土行业项目成本控制的新思路,规避过去岩土施工行业所面临的困难和问题,为以后岩土行业同行提供一种新的项目管理思路。文章对项目成本的构成进行详细的了解,在此基础上分析当前的成本控制现状,通过对影响成本的因素分解,明确当前普遍采用的控制方法,并根据岩土施工的特殊性及影响因素采取恰当的控制措施。在提出控制措施的基础上,对项目成本控制的理论进行研究分析,为后续的实际应用打下基础,通过对经营期、管理过程及施工过程成本管理因素的分析,了解岩土项目的特殊性,采取针对性的措施。本文针对岩土行业项目成本控制的管理模式,进行系统的分析和总结,建立一套有效的管理体系。通过项目中的应用与不断梳理改进、理顺关系、建立模式,为岩土行业成本控制在工程中的广泛应用构建理论基础,在实践中的利用推广将有利于进一步提高岩土工程项目的管理水平和经济效益,通过实际的工程项目进行验证,达到了良好的控制效果,也收到了极大的经济效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the geotechnical construction industry has been continuously developing and reforming, and its scope of business has been continuously broadened. However, most of the units still follow the management system of "institutions and enterprises". Therefore, the geotechnical units have enhanced their profitability. To get rid of the shackles of geotechnical industry units under the old management concept for a long time, to change the backward situation of geotechnical cost management, to soberly grasp the pulse of their own, to give the right remedy to the case, and to achieve the work goal of reducing the cost of geotechnical construction. It is imperative to bring more benefits to enterprises. In this paper, firstly, the author studies the geotechnical system, the cost factors and the direction of cost reduction at home and abroad, and makes a deep analysis and induction of various project cost control methods at home and abroad. This paper attempts to probe into the feasibility of reform and improvement in the process of geotechnical construction, puts forward a new form of the mode of geotechnical industry and a new way of construction cost control, and thus explores a new way of project cost control in geotechnical industry. To avoid the difficulties and problems faced by the geotechnical construction industry in the past, this paper provides a new project management idea for the future geotechnical industry. Based on the detailed understanding of the composition of the project cost, the current cost control situation is analyzed, and the commonly used control methods are clarified through the decomposition of the factors affecting the cost. Appropriate control measures are taken according to the particularity of geotechnical construction and influencing factors. On the basis of putting forward the control measures, the theory of project cost control is studied and analyzed, which lays the foundation for the following practical application. Through the analysis of the cost management factors of the operation period, management process and construction process, Understand the particularity of geotechnical projects and take targeted measures. According to the management mode of project cost control in geotechnical industry, this paper makes a systematic analysis and summary, and establishes an effective management system. Through the application and continuous improvement of the project, straightening out the relationship and establishing the model, the theoretical foundation for the wide application of cost control in geotechnical industry in engineering is constructed. The application and popularization in practice will help to further improve the management level and economic benefit of geotechnical engineering projects. Through the verification of actual engineering projects, good control effect has been achieved, and great economic benefits have also been obtained.
