海绵城市理念下厦门居住区雨水系统设计研究

【摘要】:随着城市化进程不断推进,城市内涝、水体污染、地下水枯竭等各种水问题相继出现。常规雨水管理虽能快速排放雨水,却导致更多次生灾害发生。西方发达国家提出了海绵城市理念来指导城市雨水管理。经过长期实践,这套雨水管理方法雨水管理效果更好、建设成本更低。鉴于居住区在城市中占有重要地位,如果以海绵城市来指导居住区雨水系统的建设,这对于全面解决我国城市雨水问题有着深远的意义。在我国,以海绵城市理念指导整个居住区雨水系统建设的例子还不多。作者尝试通过课题研究,以海绵城市理念为指导,提出海绵城市理念下厦门居住雨水系统的设计程序。作者对厦门几个大型居住区调研,总结了厦门居住区现行雨水管理存在的一些问题,及其带来的一系列负面效应。进而重新确立了厦门居住区雨水管理的新目标,以及要想达到目标所需完成的三项基本任务:包括减少径流产量;增加径流与自然地表的接触;增加径流的自然积蓄量。以海绵城市理论为指导,对完成三项任务所需要借助的措施进行分析与总结,通过对各项措施的用地空间需求进行分析,最终明确居住区雨水管理对地表空间数量及位置等方面的各种需求。根据雨水管理对地表空间空间的需求,提出海绵城市理念下居住区雨水系统设计程序:通过对场地深入调研,了解场地内的现状及地势特点,结合雨水管理措施的空间需求进行场地规划设计,包括自然资源的圈定,雨水管理设施平面位置的确定和竖向空间的营造。最后,按源头、中端、末端对雨水管理系统进行全面构建。最后,以作者参与的实际项目为例,按上述设计程序对洋唐居住区雨水系统进行设计和建设。通过建设效果的评估,验证设计程序的可行性,同时对建设经验总结并优化设计程序。通过对洋唐居住区雨水系统建设经验的总结,为今后厦门居住区乃至全国居住区雨水系统的设计和建设提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, water problems such as waterlogging, water pollution, groundwater depletion and so on appear one after another. Although routine Rain Water management can quickly discharge Rain Water, it leads to more secondary disasters. Western developed countries put forward the concept of sponge city to guide the management of urban Rain Water. After long-term practice, this set of Rain Water management method Rain Water management effect is better, the construction cost is lower. In view of the important position of residential area in the city, if the sponge city is used to guide the construction of Rain Water system in residential area, it is of far-reaching significance to solve the problem of Chinese city Rain Water in an all-round way. In our country, the concept of sponge city guide the whole residential area Rain Water system construction examples are not many. The author tries to put forward the design program of Xiamen resident Rain Water system under the concept of sponge city under the guidance of the concept of sponge city. Based on the investigation of several large residential areas in Xiamen, the author summarizes some problems existing in the management of Rain Water in Xiamen residential area and a series of negative effects. Then the new goal of Rain Water management in Xiamen residential area is re-established, and three basic tasks to achieve the goal are: reducing runoff production, increasing the contact between runoff and natural surface, and increasing the amount of natural accumulation of runoff. Under the guidance of sponge city theory, the measures needed to accomplish the three tasks are analyzed and summarized, and the spatial demand of each measure is analyzed. Finally, Rain Water management of residential area on the surface space quantity and location of various needs. According to the requirement of Rain Water's management to the surface space, the paper puts forward the design program of Rain Water system in residential area under the concept of sponge city: through the deep investigation of the site, we can understand the present situation and the topographic characteristics of the site. Combined with the space demand of Rain Water's management measures, the site planning and design are carried out, including the delineation of natural resources, the determination of the plane position of Rain Water management facilities and the construction of vertical space. Finally, according to the source, the middle end, the end of Rain Water management system comprehensive construction. Finally, taking the actual project of the author's participation as an example, the Rain Water system of Yangtang residential district is designed and constructed according to the above design program. The feasibility of the design procedure is verified through the evaluation of the construction effect, and the construction experience is summarized and the design procedure is optimized. By summing up the experience of Rain Water system construction in Yangtang residential district, this paper provides a reference for the design and construction of Rain Water system in Xiamen residential area and even in the whole country.
