城市智慧照明监控管理系统设计与应用研究

【摘要】:城市亮化工程已成为城市的名片,各地都把城市夜景照明建设作为改变城市面貌、改善投资环境的重要手段,由此而来的管理费、电费和维护支出也是惊人的。现代化的城市要求夜晚越来越明亮、越来越美丽,付出的经济与管理代价也越来越沉重。随着城市建设的不断发展,在照明设施方面的投入也增长迅速,由于照明涉及地下管线、供配电、道路、桥梁、绿化资源等公用设施,各专业单位在建设、管理方面自有一套相对独立的管理体系。由于缺乏一个自动化的智能管理系统,管理人员无法对能耗进行监控管理,造成能源的浪费。国家“节能减排”工作要求年3%的道路照明节能任务将无法完成。另外,系统老化造成了漏电等多种安全隐患,缺乏报警机制造成线缆偷盗情况严重等等问题。这一系列的问题严重制约了城市照明设施监管和养护等相关工作的效率,也严重制约了城市高效发展的后劲和城市管理效能的提升,在此背景下,亟需建设城市照明智慧监控系统对市政设施的监控进行有效的监管和维护。智慧照明,以智能化亮灯系统、单灯节能管理系统、智慧路灯信息系统和智慧路灯业务运行管理优化为主线,实现城市照明从静态数据管理到动态数据管理的转变,并对智慧路灯信息化综合利用进一步的探讨。本次基于照明业务管理系统的开发及应用为义乌智慧城管的建设预留接口,实现道路照明统筹管理、任性设计理念,围绕照明管理信息化、基础设施智能化、公共服务便捷化,促进义乌有序、有效、创新开展智慧城市建设。
[Abstract]:The city lighting project has become the name card of the city. The construction of the city night view lighting is regarded as an important means to change the city appearance and improve the investment environment. Modern cities require brighter and more beautiful nights and heavier economic and managerial costs. With the continuous development of urban construction, the investment in lighting facilities has also increased rapidly. Because lighting involves underground pipelines, electricity distribution, roads, bridges, green resources and other public facilities, various professional units are building, Management has a set of relatively independent management system. Due to the lack of an automatic intelligent management system, managers can not monitor and manage energy consumption, resulting in energy waste. National energy-saving and emission reduction work requires 3% of road lighting energy-saving tasks will not be completed. In addition, the aging of the system has caused many security problems, such as leakage of electricity, lack of alarm mechanism, serious theft of cable and so on. This series of problems seriously restrict the efficiency of urban lighting facilities supervision and maintenance, but also seriously restrict the efficiency of urban development and the promotion of urban management efficiency. In this context, It is urgent to construct intelligent urban lighting monitoring system to supervise and maintain municipal facilities effectively. With intelligent lighting system, single lamp energy-saving management system, intelligent street lamp information system and intelligent street lamp operation management optimization as the main line, the transformation of urban lighting from static data management to dynamic data management is realized. And the intelligence street lamp information comprehensive utilization further discussion. Based on the development and application of lighting business management system, this paper reserved the interface for the construction of Yiwu intelligent urban management, realized the overall management of road lighting, the concept of wayward design, around lighting management information, infrastructure intelligence, public service will be facilitated. Promote Yiwu orderly, effective, innovative and carry out the construction of intelligent city.
