基于风环境的西安市高层建筑区规划布局策略——以曲江新区为例

【摘要】:西安是我国西部地区重要的中心城市,近年来城市扩张迅速,雾霾、热岛效应等气候环境问题愈发严重,其中不合理的高层建筑布局严重影响了城市整体气候环境质量。在分析西安市风环境和高层建筑现状布局的基础上,以曲江新区为例,通过不同图像的叠加,分析了风环境和高层建筑区的建筑高度、建筑密度、绿地率这几个重要指标之间的关联性,明确了西安市高层建筑区布局现状在风环境方面存在的问题。在此基础上进一步提出基于风环境改善的西安市高层建筑区布局规划策略:首先合理规划建设城市通风廊道并控制廊道中高层建筑高度;其次营建合理的高层建筑空间布局形态;再次严格控制高层建筑区的建筑密度;最后要合理管控主城区内绿地和水体周边高层建筑布局。
[Abstract]:Xi'an is an important central city in the western region of China. In recent years, the climate and environmental problems such as, haze, heat island effect are becoming more and more serious, and the unreasonable layout of high-rise buildings has seriously affected the overall climate and environment quality of the city. Based on the analysis of wind environment and the layout of high-rise buildings in Xi'an, taking Qujiang New area as an example, the building height and density of wind environment and high-rise building area are analyzed through the superposition of different images. Based on the correlation between these important indexes, the problems in wind environment of Xi'an high-rise building area layout are clarified. On this basis, the layout planning strategy of Xi'an high-rise building area based on the improvement of wind environment is further put forward: firstly, reasonable planning and construction of urban ventilation corridor and control of the height of high-rise building in corridor; Secondly, reasonable spatial layout of high-rise buildings should be built. Thirdly, the density of high-rise buildings should be strictly controlled. Finally, the layout of green space and surrounding high-rise buildings should be controlled reasonably.
