基于试验数据分析的FRP筋混凝土受弯构件最大裂缝宽度计算方法

【摘要】:由于FRP筋为非金属材料,耐腐蚀性能好,我国规范规定FRP配筋混凝土受弯构件的最大裂缝宽度限值放宽至0.5 mm。但规范中的最大裂缝宽度计算公式仍然沿用普通钢筋混凝土规范中的计算公式,公式中的参数取值未经过试验数据的校核,公式适用性存疑。为此,该文从最大裂缝宽度的计算原理出发,借助近年来文献中完成的FRP筋混凝土受弯构件的实测数据,对相对黏结特性系数νi的取值、裂缝间受拉FRP筋应变不均匀系数ψ的计算、最大裂缝宽度与平均裂缝宽度的比值系数τs、长期荷载下的裂缝宽度增大系数τl以及裂缝间混凝土受拉对裂缝宽度的影响系数αc等进行了全面的校核和修订。该文提出的修正的最大裂缝宽度计算公式具有更高的可信度和合理性,可为我国规范的修订提供参考。
[Abstract]:Because FRP bars are non-metallic materials and have good corrosion resistance, the maximum crack width limit of concrete flexural members reinforced with FRP bars is relaxed to 0.5 mm. according to the code of our country. However, the formula for calculating the maximum crack width in the code is still the formula in the ordinary reinforced concrete code, and the parameters in the formula are not checked by the test data, so the applicability of the formula is doubtful. Based on the calculation principle of maximum crack width and the measured data of FRP reinforced concrete flexural members completed in recent years, the relative adhesion characteristic coefficient of FRP reinforced concrete flexural members is obtained. Calculation of strain inhomogeneity coefficient 蠄 of tensile FRP tendons between cracks, The ratio coefficient 蟿 s of the maximum crack width to the average crack width, the increasing factor 蟿 l of the crack width under long term load and the influence coefficient 伪 c of the concrete tension between cracks on the crack width are comprehensively checked and revised. The modified formula for calculating the maximum crack width is more reliable and reasonable, which can be used as a reference for the revision of the code in China.
