长株潭地区生态乡村规划建设模式研究

【摘要】：国内关于生态乡村方面的研究起步相对较晚,乡村居民对生态乡村广泛缺乏较为正确的认知,有的认为铺设了水泥路面、植树造林就是生态乡村,而这些仅仅是建立生态乡村的根本条件。生态乡村的规划建设又是一项长期而又十分复杂的系统工程,关乎到社会、经济、自然三个系统的综合协调发展。本论文结合可持续发展理论、生态产业理论、城乡统筹理论、“田园城市”理论以及国内外文献,通过实地走访调查对长株潭地区乡村建设现状进行分析,总结现状存在问题,采取层次分析法建构指标评价模型,设计生态环境、生态经济、生态社会三个一级指标作为准则层反映乡村综合发展概况,对长株潭地区乡村建设现状进行综合分析评价,从生态环境、生态人居、生态产业、生态文化四个维度提出适宜长株潭地区乡村发展的综合发展型、城郊农家乐带动型、依托生态农业发展型、旅游文化推动型四种生态乡村规划建设模式,并对这四种规划建设模式进行进一步应用思考,并以株洲市云龙示范区云田村为案例区进行生态乡村规划建设评价。
[Abstract]:The research on ecological villages in China started relatively late, and the rural residents lacked a correct understanding of the ecological villages. Some people thought that the cement pavement was laid, and afforestation was the ecological village. These are only the basic conditions for the establishment of ecological villages. The planning and construction of ecological villages is a long-term and very complex systematic project, which relates to the comprehensive and coordinated development of social, economic and natural systems. This paper combines the theory of sustainable development, the theory of ecological industry, the theory of urban and rural planning, the theory of "pastoral city" and the literature at home and abroad, analyzes the present situation of rural construction in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area through field visits, and summarizes the existing problems. Adopting AHP to construct index evaluation model, designing ecological environment, ecological economy and ecological society as criterion layer to reflect the general situation of rural comprehensive development, and to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the present situation of rural construction in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area. From the four dimensions of ecological environment, ecological settlement, ecological industry and ecological culture, this paper puts forward a comprehensive development model suitable for rural development in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area, a comprehensive development type for rural development in the suburbs and a development model based on ecological agriculture. There are four kinds of eco-rural planning and construction modes of tourism culture promotion, and further application and thinking of these four planning and construction models, and taking Yunlong demonstration area of Zhuzhou City as a case study, the evaluation of eco-rural planning and construction is carried out.
