低温固化环氧树脂灌浆材料的性能研究

【摘要】:采用硫脲与二乙烯三胺为原料合成硫脲改性胺,然后与多聚甲醛、苯酚进行曼尼斯反应,制得含有硫脲基团的曼尼斯碱作为环氧树脂固化剂,再配以环氧树脂及活性稀释剂制得低温固化环氧树脂灌浆材料。研究了活性稀释剂和固化剂用量对环氧灌浆材料性能的影响。结果表明,浆液的黏度可在500~1000 m Pa·s调节,固结体抗压强度≥60 MPa,室温(25℃)初凝时间5~10 min可调,低温(5℃)初凝时间30~90 min可调,可用于低温环境下的补强加固及堵漏灌浆材料。
[Abstract]:Thiourea modified amine was synthesized from thiourea and diethylenetriamine, and then reacted with polyformaldehyde and phenol to prepare mannis base containing thiourea group as curing agent of epoxy resin. The low-temperature curing epoxy resin grouting material was prepared with epoxy resin and active diluent. The effects of the amount of active diluent and curing agent on the properties of epoxy grouting materials were studied. The results show that the viscosity of the slurry can be adjusted at 500 鈩,
