中冶南方大厦深基坑支护设计与应用研究
[Abstract]:Foundation pit support is a hot spot and a difficult problem in municipal engineering. The safety of foundation pit support directly affects the progress and safety of the whole project. With the continuous development of economy, urban buildings are constantly drawing up, the excavation depth of foundation pit is gradually deepening, the maximum depth has reached 20 ~ 30 meters, and the design difficulty is becoming more and more difficult. Foundation pit engineering involves geological engineering, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering and geotechnical testing technology, etc. It is a comprehensive subject. The main contents include: engineering investigation, support structure design and construction, earthwork excavation and backfill, groundwater control, information construction and surrounding environmental protection. In the process of foundation pit excavation, many factors should be considered: the selection of foundation pit support scheme, the change of foundation pit support structure force and displacement, the drainage of foundation pit, the settlement and development of surrounding buildings, and so on. Solving the above problems is the fundamental guarantee to ensure the safety, economy and science of engineering construction. In this paper, based on the excavation and support engineering of the Southern Mansion in Zhongye, the following researches are carried out: 1) according to the parameters of rock and soil, the depth of excavation and the distribution of surrounding buildings, combined with the common supporting methods and selection principle of foundation pit, Considering the factors influencing the optimum selection of foundation pit support scheme, the foundation pit support scheme of Southern Mansion in China Metallurgical Company is optimized. 2) the bracing beam in the optimum foundation pit support scheme selected by Tianhan V2005.1 is used in the foundation pit engineering calculation software. The strength and displacement of column and inner support are calculated and analyzed. 3) based on the theoretical calculation method of foundation pit dewatering, the design and calculation of foundation pit dewatering for Southern Mansion in Zhongye are carried out. In order to ensure that the quantity and caliber of dewatering well layout of confined water and micro-confined water can meet the requirements. 4) according to the foundation pit design scheme and construction team composition of Southern Mansion in Zhongye, on the basis of deep foundation pit support technology research and safety evaluation, The construction scheme and construction technology of deep foundation pit under disturbance effect in complex surrounding environment are optimized.
