砂衬齿形桩竖向承载力的小孔扩展理论研究

【摘要】:砂衬齿形桩是砂衬与带齿的预应力管桩相结合,形成一种复合承载的桩。以小孔扩张理论为基础,研究桩侧圆孔扩张及桩端球孔扩张作用的影响,分析砂衬齿形桩竖向及侧向承载力的发挥机制。结果表明,桩侧摩阻力增大是由桩-土间摩擦力和桩齿间重塑土体抗剪切力产生的。考虑压桩过程对土体扰动的影响,方程中加入土体扰动修正系数进行修正,并分析桩齿间剪切力在桩承载力中所占比例。用分析计算结果与国家规范、地方标准及现场静载试验结果对比分析,验证了分析计算结果是正确可行的。此研究分析方法对砂衬齿形桩在生产实践中的运用及后续的改进提供了理论分析基础,研究内容具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The sand-lined toothed pile is a kind of composite bearing pile which is combined with sand-lining and pre-stressed pipe pile with teeth. Based on the theory of small hole expansion, the influence of the expansion of circular hole on the side of the pile and the expansion of the spherical hole at the end of the pile is studied, and the mechanism of vertical and lateral bearing capacity of the sand-lined toothed pile is analyzed. The results show that the increase of frictional resistance is caused by the friction between pile and soil and the shear resistance of remolded soil between piles and teeth. Considering the influence of pressure pile process on soil disturbance, the correction coefficient of soil disturbance is added to the equation, and the proportion of shear force between teeth of pile to pile bearing capacity is analyzed. The results of analysis and calculation are compared with those of national code, local standard and field static load test, and the results are proved to be correct and feasible. This research and analysis method provides a theoretical analysis basis for the application of sand-lined toothed pile in production practice and further improvement, and the research content has important practical significance.
