高寒地区城市燃气冬季输配过程中冻堵问题的研究

【摘要】:我国东北部属于高寒地区,在冬季燃气输配过程中会面临着不同种类的冻堵问题。本文以大庆地区为研究对象,首先对近几年大庆地区城镇燃气设施冬季运行情况进行研究,分析在民用燃气运行过程中不同种类、不同部位冻堵现象的成因和相关解决方案,以及相关的实施效果;其次对高寒地区城市燃气冬季运行中车用燃气输配过程中遇到的冻堵问题进行研究,并提出相应的解决方案。在冬季气温较低时,为燃气设施加装伴热系统可以有效地避免因温度过低导致设备发生冻堵,保证燃气设备在冬季可以安全平稳的运行,现有的几种伴热系统存一定程度的弊端,如能耗高、不阻燃、无法实施监控等。在此次研究中,针对现有伴热系统存在的问题进行研究和改进,力求设计一套新型智能伴热系统,以实现通用性较高、能耗较低、具备阻燃性、实际运行数据实时上传等功能。
[Abstract]:Northeast China belongs to the alpine region, and it will face different kinds of freezing and blocking problems in winter gas transmission and distribution process. This article takes Daqing area as the research object, first carries on the research to the recent years Daqing area town gas facility winter operation situation, analyzes in the civil gas operation process different kinds, the different parts freezing the phenomenon origin and the correlation solution. And related implementation effect; Secondly, the problem of freezing and blocking in the process of transportation and distribution of vehicle gas in the winter operation of urban gas in alpine region is studied, and the corresponding solutions are put forward. When the temperature is low in winter, the installation of heat tracing system for gas facilities can effectively avoid freezing and blocking due to low temperature, and ensure the safe and stable operation of gas equipment in winter. Several existing heat tracing systems have some disadvantages, such as high energy consumption, non-flame retardant, unable to implement monitoring and so on. In this study, the problems existing in the existing heat tracing system are studied and improved, and a new intelligent heat tracing system is designed to achieve the functions of high generality, low energy consumption, flame retardancy and real-time uploading of actual operation data.
