城市整体版图视阈中的历史街区保护与更新

【摘要】：无论是静态保护,还是动态调整,我国的现有历史街区保护观念都是基于历史街区与新城区的区别对待。历史街区在城市版图中的"孤岛"性存在愈加凸显出其存在危机。本文尝试在城市设计的整体版图中,平等对待历史街区与新城市空间,从城市自身的生长规律去审视历史街区的保护与更新问题。城市是历史版图与未来愿景共同作用的结果,原真性是城市空间永远不变的真身。这种原真性,并非仅仅固化在城市诞生的那一刻,它是由时间沉淀而成的品性与气质,寄托了人们对一座城市栖居与亲近的情感诉求。无论是基于历史版图的存续,还是基于未来愿景的开拓,生活在城市空间中的形形色色的人才是真正的主体。因此,作为城市的有机组成部分,历史街区无须背负过多,只需随着原真性城市空间的脉搏自然生长。
[Abstract]:Whether it is static protection or dynamic adjustment, the existing concept of historical block protection in China is based on the distinction between historical block and new urban area. The existence of "isolated island" in the city territory of historical district is more and more obvious. This paper tries to treat the historical block and the new urban space equally in the overall layout of the city design, and examine the protection and renewal of the historical district from the city's own growth law. City is the result of the interaction of historical map and future vision. This original nature is not only solidified in the moment of the birth of the city, but also the character and temperament formed by the precipitation of time, and the emotional appeal of people living in and close to a city. Whether based on the existence of historical territory or the development of future vision, talents of all kinds living in urban space are the real subject. Therefore, as an organic part of the city, historical blocks do not have to bear too much, only with the pulse of the original urban space natural growth.
