锦和一品小区项目进度计划与控制研究

【摘要】:建筑业是我国国民经济发展的重要支柱产业,对推动经济社会发展、改善民生作出了重要贡献。我国处于城市化蓬勃发展新时期的时代背景对建筑业工程项目在管理上提出了更高的要求。项目进度管理水平的好坏关系到项目的工期、质量、资金投入和各方的利益。项目进度计划和控制是建筑业项目管理中非常重要的部分。项目进度计划是项目管理的首步,制定合理的项目进度计划能够使得项目施工能够在成本和工期之间达到良好的平衡,有利于项目施工的实施。项目进度控制是项目施工能否按照项目计划完成的控制手段,对项目目标的完成具有非常重要的意义。本文以商城县锦和一品小区项目为案例对象。首先对建筑业项目管理理论中关于项目进度计划和项目进度控制方面的理论进行学习和分析,研究项目进度计划制定的原则、方法、步骤和优化,完成项目计划的制定。然后在项目实施过程中根据项目计划对项目施工进度进行控制,根据项目施工过程中的实际情况采取各种控制方法以保证项目施工进度按照项目计划进行,保证项目能够避免延误,最终能够在保证成本和质量的前提下完成。希望本论文的工作能够对提高建筑业项目管理的水平有所帮助,为其他项目的实施提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Construction industry is an important pillar industry in the development of our national economy, which has made important contribution to promoting economic and social development and improving people's livelihood. China is in the new era of urbanization and vigorous development of the background of construction engineering projects in the management of higher requirements. Project schedule management level relates to the project duration, quality, capital investment and the interests of all parties. Project schedule planning and control is a very important part of construction project management. The project schedule is the first step of the project management. Making a reasonable project schedule can make the project construction achieve a good balance between the cost and the construction period, which is conducive to the implementation of the project construction. The project schedule control is the control method of whether the project construction can be completed according to the project plan, which is of great significance to the completion of the project goal. This article takes Shangcheng County brocade and Yi Pin small area project as the case object. Firstly, this paper studies and analyzes the theory of project schedule and project schedule control in the theory of construction project management, studies the principles, methods, steps and optimization of project schedule planning, and completes the formulation of project plan. Then in the implementation of the project according to the project plan to control the progress of the project, according to the actual situation in the construction process of the project to adopt various control methods to ensure the progress of the project according to the project plan, Ensure that the project can avoid delays and ultimately be completed at guaranteed cost and quality. I hope the work of this paper can help to improve the level of project management in the construction industry, and provide reference for the implementation of other projects.
