利用社区既有建筑改建老年人日间照料中心策略研究

【摘要】：社会老龄化问题,是当今社会现下热议的话题之一,我国作为已经于1999年进入老龄化社会的人口大国,老龄化问题日趋严重,除了已经处于老年行列的40、50后人群,逐渐老去的60后,70后人群也在对自己的近在眼前的养老模式进行规划,老年人如何养老已经成为中国老龄事业亟待解决的一大问题。中国作为历史悠久的文化大国,孝道文化与安土重迁的思想在脑海中根深蒂固,对于养老问题普遍还是选择居家养老,老年人大多数不愿意离开自己熟悉的生活环境去养老院度过晚年,在这样一个背景下,居家养老成为我国养老服务的主要发展方向。国务院办公厅颁发的《社会养老服务体系建设规划(2011~2015年)》提出了“以社区日间照料中心和专业化养老机构为重点,通过新建、改扩建和购置,提升社会养老服务设施水平。”的建设任务。所以对已建成社区内以及周边的公共养老空间改建问题的探讨,不仅是对国家资源进行了再利用,同时对于社区养老设施的改进,养老服务水平的提升,养老规范的补充与细化,住区规划设计理论的完善都有重要意义。本文主要对部分北京市、西安市和老龄化程度较高的上海市社区日间照料中心进行实地调研,了解设施概况、基本功能空间构成、入托老人的基本情况,对老年人一天的生活行为及其对应场所进行了详细的调查,分析不同健康状态老年人的行为特征以及不同的设施空间组合关系对老年人行为的影响。在现有规范的基础上,进一步提出社区老年人日间照料中心的空间构成、空间关系以及各空间设计要点的建议及改进措施。为以后各居住区改建适合日间照料中心的建筑设计提供参考依据,使空间能够真正符合老年人生活行为的需求,为老年人的可持续居家社区养老结合提供依据。
[Abstract]:The problem of the aging of society is one of the hot topics in the present society. As a large country of population that has entered the aging society in 1999, the problem of aging is becoming more and more serious. After 60 years old, 70 people are also planning their immediate pension model. How to support the elderly has become a big problem to be solved urgently in the cause of aging in China. As a country with a long history of culture, China's filial piety culture and the idea of relocating the land are deeply rooted in my mind. For the problem of providing for the aged, we generally still choose to live at home for the aged. The majority of the elderly do not want to leave their familiar living environment to spend their old age in the nursing home. Under such a background the home pension has become the main development direction of the old-age service in China. The Plan for the Construction of Social Old-age Service system (2011-2015), issued by the General Office of the State Council, puts forward that "with the emphasis on community day care centers and specialized pension institutions, through new construction, reconstruction, expansion and acquisition," Raise the level of social old-age service facilities. " The construction task of Therefore, the discussion on the reconstruction of public pension space in and around the established community is not only the reuse of national resources, but also the improvement of community old-age facilities and the improvement of the level of old-age service. The supplement and refinement of the pension standard and the perfection of the theory of residential planning and design are of great significance. In this paper, some of Beijing City, Xi'an City and Shanghai Community Day Care Center with a high degree of aging are investigated on the spot to understand the general situation of the facilities, the composition of basic functional space, and the basic situation of the elderly in care. The daily life behavior of the elderly and their corresponding places were investigated in detail, and the behavioral characteristics of the elderly in different health states and the influence of different spatial combinations of facilities on the behavior of the elderly were analyzed. On the basis of the existing norms, the paper further puts forward the space composition, spatial relationship, the main points of space design and improvement measures of the community day care center for the elderly. It can provide reference basis for the architectural design of the residential area to be adapted to the day care center in the future, so that the space can truly meet the needs of the elderly's living behavior, and provide the basis for the sustainable community old-age support of the elderly.
