基于响应面法的碱激发矿渣-玻璃粉胶凝材料的制备研究

【摘要】:研究碱含量和玻璃粉含量对碱激发矿渣-玻璃粉胶凝材料强度的影响,运用Design Expert软件的响应面分析法对上述因素建立强度预测模型。结果表明,玻璃粉掺量对胶砂强度的影响不明显,而碱含量对强度的影响较大,碱含量和玻璃粉的交互作用对抗折强度有一定的影响。当碱含量为7%,玻璃粉含量为5%时,胶砂的强度最高,且得到的最优配比与实测值差异不大,使用响应面分析法可以很好指导碱激发胶凝材料的制备,选出最优配合比。
[Abstract]:The effect of alkali content and glass powder content on the strength of slag-glass powder cementitious material induced by alkali was studied. The strength prediction model was established by using the response surface analysis method of Design Expert software. The results show that the content of glass powder has no obvious effect on the strength of cement sand, while the content of alkali has a great effect on the strength, and the interaction between alkali content and glass powder has some influence on the strength of cement sand. When the content of alkali is 7 and the content of glass powder is 5, the strength of cement sand is the highest, and there is no difference between the optimum ratio and the measured value. The method of response surface analysis can be used to guide the preparation of alkali-excited cementing material and select the best mix ratio.
