济南西客站直饮水工程预处理工艺优化及工程设计

【摘要】:水是人生存的基础,是生活所必须的资源,在追求环保与健康的社会大背景下,饮用水安全更是成为了人们关心的重中之重。就目前而言,水污染正在逐渐恶化,污染水体的污染物的种类与数量急速增加,水处理难度也在同步提高。现行的传统净水工艺并不能彻底去除水中部分污染物质,而且其消毒过程中产生的消毒副产物对于人体的危害也比较严重。加之自来水在供水的过程中容易产生二次污染,所以人们对于高品质纯净水的追求与期盼日渐增高。近年来逐步发展的管道直饮水是在自来水或优质水源水的基础上通过纳滤等深度处理优质水,具有水质纯净、无消毒副产物、不易发生二次污染、成本低等优点,逐渐为市民喜爱与追求。管道直饮水工程是分质供水的一种,可以作为供水系统的补充形式为供水水质不达标的地区供水。本文通过对管道直饮水预处理工艺研究指出了单一活性炭对于极性和亲水性有机物吸附过滤效果低下的缺陷,建议与新型极性吸附剂钛岩组合使用。并通过钛岩/活性炭、单一活性炭对于自来水中浑浊度、菌落总数、COD_(Mn)的去除率及膜通量变化的对比证明了钛岩/活性炭的吸附过滤效果优于单一活性炭。对钛岩/活性炭进行了静态实验和动态实验研究:静态实验证明在活性炭、钛岩2:3配比,反应温度35℃,p H在7.7~7.83范围内,反应4h的条件下COD_(Mn)、氨氮的去除效果较好;动态实验证明当滤速控制在3m/h~7m/h,填料高度控制在100cm~150cm,COD_(Mn)、氨氮、UV254、NO2-N的去除效果较好。以济南西区CBD直饮水项目为例介绍了管道直饮水工程设计的步骤,总结了在设计过程中选择水源、选择制水工艺、选择供水管道、布置配水管网及厂站建设时需要注意的事项及选择、布置方法、原则。最后,在管道直饮水工程维护与管理中建议从记录设备运行日志、制水设备清洗、水质检测和完善管理制度及维护供水管网四个方面入手,同时管理单位与市民都要尽到自身的义务与责任,才能更好的维护直饮水系统。

At present, water pollution is getting worse, the kinds and quantity of pollutants in polluted water are increasing rapidly, and the difficulty of water treatment is also increasing simultaneously. The current traditional water purification process can not completely remove some of the pollutants in the water, and the disinfection by-products produced in the process of disinfection are more serious to the human body. In addition, tap water is easy to produce secondary pollution in the process of water supply, so the pursuit and expectation of high quality pure water is increasing day by day. In recent years, pipeline direct drinking water is treated with advanced treatment on the basis of tap water or high quality source water. It has the advantages of pure water quality, no disinfection by-products, no secondary pollution and low cost. Gradually for the public love and pursuit. Pipeline direct drinking water project is a kind of water supply with different quality, which can be used as a supplementary form of water supply system to supply water in areas where the water quality is not up to standard. In this paper, through the study of the pretreatment process of direct drinking water in pipeline, the defects of single activated carbon for adsorption and filtration of polar and hydrophilic organic matter were pointed out, and it was suggested that the single activated carbon should be combined with a new polar adsorbent, titanium rock. The comparison of turbidity, total number of bacteria, removal rate of COD_ (Mn) and membrane flux between titanitic rock / activated carbon and single activated carbon showed that the adsorption and filtration effect of titanium rock / activated carbon was better than that of single activated carbon.
