红层填料分数维与水理特性相关性研究

【摘要】:红层填料的现场耙压施工中的重复"压碎-翻松"过程具有自相似特征,因此所得破碎产物的粒度特征可用分数维描述.基于填料破碎的分形机理,构造了利用室内试验设备模拟现场耙压工艺破碎填料方法,进而研究了重复"压碎-翻松"过程中不断破碎的红层填料分数维变化规律.在此基础上,制备不同分数维填料,用于研究粒度特征对填料压实效果和水理性质的影响.研究结果表明,在相同的压实参数下,填料分数维越大越容易压实;具有相同压实度的填料,其分数维越大,浸水膨胀量越小,压缩性能越低.基于填料崩解性和分形理论,分析了其中机理.成果在一定程度上揭示了粒度特征对红层填料水理性质影响的规律.
[Abstract]:The repeated process of "crushing and unturning" in the field raking construction of red bed fillers has self-similar characteristics, so the particle size characteristics of the broken products can be described by fractal dimension. Based on the fractal mechanism of packing crushing, a method of simulating field rake crushing process by laboratory test equipment was constructed, and the fractal dimension variation law of continuously broken red layer fillers during repeated "crushing-unturning" process was studied. On this basis, different fractal dimension fillers were prepared to study the effects of particle size characteristics on the compaction effect and hydrological properties of fillers. The results show that under the same compaction parameters, the greater the fractal dimension is, the easier the compaction is, and the larger the fractal dimension is, the smaller the water immersion expansion is and the lower the compression performance is for the fillers with the same compaction degree. Based on the theory of packing disintegrating and fractal, the mechanism is analyzed. The results reveal to a certain extent the influence of particle size characteristics on the hydrological properties of red bed fillers.
