基于BIM虚拟施工的碰撞检查应用研究

【摘要】:目前,随着城镇化不断地推进和建筑行业的蓬勃发展,我国已成功取代美国继而成为全球上最大的建筑市场。人口不断上涨导致土地资源的越发匮乏,进而导致建筑体型往高处发展,此外,生活水平逐渐富裕的人民对房屋不再仅仅满足居住性,更注重建筑物外的空间美观,室内布局的舒适度和设备的智能化。而我国在建筑工程领域中技术的发展却又十分缓慢。工程项目的复杂性、不可重复和多专业之间综合性等固有特性导致现代大型、异性项目容易出现大量的碰撞问题。尤其管线综合设计所设计的专业繁多,至少涉及建筑、结构、暖通、给排水及电气等,给人总体印象是管线繁多、设计复杂。建筑行业急需新的技术来支撑现代建筑的高速发展。基于此,BIM(Building Information Modeling,建筑信息模型)理念开始在我国快速发展和推广开来。BIM技术以"信息"为载体与核心,可以应用于整个建筑项目的全生命周期管理。传统建筑项目开展中往往出现的问题,如投资超额、工期延误、质量低下、性能不高和效率不高等,很大程度是因为项目开展中相关信息传递的流失和模糊表达。因此针对建筑领域提出了本研究课题——基于BIM虚拟施工的碰撞检查应用研究。在对国内外已有的BIM技术和虚拟施工技术进行了理论分析研究后,从工程项目发展的现状和实际需求出发,分析和研究了 BIM技术在建筑工程中的应用;对虚拟施工技术运用与工程实践进行了研究探索,实现了项目的可视化管理;运用Revit软件创建项目三维模型,编制项目施工进度计划并与所建模型链接到Navisworks软件,实现对整个项目动态的虚拟仿真展示;基于各施工工序间的逻辑关系,将所建模型整合至一个共有综合模型中,对已建模型内管线、结构与建筑相互之间进行碰撞;对碰撞检测结果进行分析并对模型进行适当修正,为后续实际现场施工中的碰撞问题提供了预警来指导后期的现场施工和维护管理。
[Abstract]:At present, with the continuous development of urbanization and construction industry, China has successfully replaced the United States and become the largest construction market in the world. The rising population has led to a growing shortage of land resources, which in turn has led to the development of the building body. In addition, people whose standard of living has gradually become richer are no longer merely satisfied with their residence, but pay more attention to the beauty of the space outside the building. Indoor layout of comfort and intelligent equipment. However, the development of technology in the field of construction engineering in China is very slow. The complexity of engineering projects, non-repeatability and multi-professional integration lead to modern large-scale, heterosexual projects prone to a large number of collision problems. In particular, pipeline comprehensive design involves many specialties, at least involving architecture, structure, HVAC, water supply and drainage, electrical and so on, giving the overall impression that the pipeline is numerous and the design is complex. The construction industry urgently needs new technology to support the rapid development of modern architecture. Based on this, BIM (Building Information Modeling, architecture information model, the concept of BIM has been developed and popularized in China. The BIM technology can be applied to the whole life cycle management of the whole construction project with "information" as the carrier and core. Traditional construction projects often appear problems, such as excessive investment, time delay, low quality, low performance and low efficiency, to a large extent, due to the loss of information transmission and fuzzy expression. Therefore, this research subject is put forward in the field of building, that is, the application of collision inspection based on BIM virtual construction. After the theoretical analysis and research on the existing BIM technology and virtual construction technology at home and abroad, the application of BIM technology in the construction project is analyzed and studied from the current situation and actual demand of the project development. The application of virtual construction technology and engineering practice are studied and explored, and the visual management of the project is realized. The 3D model of the project is created by using Revit software, and the construction schedule of the project is compiled and linked to the Navisworks software to realize the virtual simulation of the whole project. Based on the logical relationship between each construction process, the model is integrated into a common comprehensive model, and the pipeline, structure and building are collided with each other. The results of collision detection are analyzed and the model is modified appropriately, which provides early warning for the subsequent actual site construction to guide the later stage of site construction and maintenance management.
