空调系统(冷源侧)运行参数关联图的设计研究

【摘要】:论文的主要内容为空调系统运行参数关联图的设计研究,找出并列举出与空调系统运行相关的各个主要因素参数,通过理论研究找出它们之间的理论关系;通过合理设置坐标体系,将与空调系统运行相关的各个主要因素参数之间的理论关系直观地表现为一种特制的线算图的形式,以便很好地表现出空调系统的运行状态以及变化趋势(当某些参数改变时)。并提出系统优化运行区的概念及确定方法。影响空调系统运行的因素众多,空调系统运行参数之间的理论关系及性能诊断和优化运行的理论方法比较高深和复杂,现场的一般运行调节人员对其很难掌握,并很难对空调系统运行做出及时、合理、准确的调整。基于这种状况,大多数现场的空调系统很难达到优化的运行。将空调系统(冷源侧)运行参数之间复杂的理论关系以直观线算图的形式给出,使得空调系统(冷源侧)的性能诊断和优化运行的理论方法更加实用,更加可行,更加有效,使得现实中对空调系统(冷源侧)的性能诊断和优化运行(基于“量调节”与“质调节”的模式)的指导便于快速、准确地实现。
[Abstract]:The main content of this paper is the design and research of the correlation diagram of air conditioning system operation parameters, find out the main factors related to the operation of air conditioning system, and find out the theoretical relationship between them through the theoretical research. By setting the coordinate system reasonably, the theoretical relationship between the main factors and parameters related to the operation of the air conditioning system is intuitively represented as a special form of line calculation diagram. In order to show the air conditioning system operating state and change trend (when certain parameters change). At the same time, the concept and determination method of the optimal operation area of the system are put forward. There are many factors affecting the operation of air conditioning system. The theoretical relationship between the operating parameters of the air conditioning system and the theoretical methods for performance diagnosis and optimal operation are high and complex. It is difficult for the general operation regulator on the spot to master it. And it is difficult to make timely, reasonable and accurate adjustment to the operation of air conditioning system. Based on this situation, most field air-conditioning systems are difficult to achieve optimal operation. The complex theoretical relationship between the operating parameters of the air conditioning system (cold source side) is presented in the form of an intuitive line diagram, which makes the theoretical method of the performance diagnosis and optimal operation of the air conditioning system (cold source side) more practical, feasible and effective. It makes the guidance of air conditioning system (cold source side) performance diagnosis and optimal operation (based on the mode of "quantity regulation" and "quality regulation") convenient and accurate in reality.
