基于ECOTECT软件下的保障性住房物理环境设计分析研究

【摘要】:保障性住房是决定国家稳定发展的重要基石。近几年来随着房价的不断新高,保障性住房的建设问题越来越被政府和人民所关注。各地保障性住房建设成为了解决民生与稳定发展的重要手段。与此同时,随着国家经济实力的不断提高,对于保障性住房的要求已经不单单是“保障性”的要求,更增加了“科学性”和“舒适性”的要求。以这样的情况背景,作者收集相关资料,通过调研等多种形式,对目前保障性住房的设计特点和存在的问题进行总结。随着我国对于BIM技术的大力推广,BIM技术的应用越来越多。通过BIM技术的应用使得在建筑设计时更为科学、合理,为建筑行业带来了新的技术平台。但是目前BIM技术的应用往往针对大型公共建筑或者前期资金投入较大的建筑,应用于保障性住房建设的却是相对较少。基于这样的条件,本文作者提出了将BIM技术下的生态分析软件Ecotect应用于保障性住房的设计与建设想法。本文重点结合保障性住房设计的相关缺点与问题,利用Ecotect软件有针对性的功能进行相应的分析与模拟,主要分为:气象数据分析与应用、热环境分析与应用、光环境分析与模拟、可视度分析与应用、风环境模拟分析与应用、经济和环境影响分析与应用。本课题从模型建立到软件操作,最后的数据输出与分析进行系统的探究,对软件与设计结合的可操作性和实用性进行总结。希望通过本课题的研究为未来建设更为舒适、科学的保障性住房提供新的思路与方法。
[Abstract]:Affordable housing is an important cornerstone of the country's stable development. In recent years, with the rising of house prices, the construction of affordable housing has been paid more and more attention by the government and people. Local supportable housing construction has become an important means to solve people's livelihood and stable development. At the same time, with the continuous improvement of national economic strength, the demand for affordable housing is not only the requirement of "indemnificatory", but also the requirement of "scientific" and "comfortable". In this context, the author collects relevant information, through research and other forms, summarizes the design characteristics and existing problems of the current affordable housing. With the popularization of BIM technology in our country, the application of BIM technology is more and more. The application of BIM technology makes the architectural design more scientific and reasonable, and brings a new technology platform for the construction industry. However, at present, the application of BIM technology is often aimed at large public buildings or large pre-investment buildings, but relatively few are used in the construction of affordable housing. Based on this condition, the author puts forward the idea of applying the ecological analysis software Ecotect based on BIM technology to the design and construction of supportable housing. This paper focuses on the related shortcomings and problems in the design of affordable housing, and makes use of the targeted functions of Ecotect software to carry out corresponding analysis and simulation, which are mainly divided into: analysis and application of meteorological data, analysis and application of thermal environment, Light environment analysis and simulation, visual analysis and application, wind environment simulation analysis and application, economic and environmental impact analysis and application. In this paper, from modeling to software operation, the final data output and analysis are systematically explored, and the operability and practicability of the combination of software and design are summarized. Through the research of this topic, we hope to provide new ideas and methods for the future construction of more comfortable and scientific affordable housing.
