福建省夏热冬暖地区装配式保障房标准化户型研究
[Abstract]:Construction industrialization has the characteristics of high efficiency, economy, safety and environmental protection. The development of the construction industry depends on the residential building, and our country is in the historical stage of the vigorously development of the indemnificatory housing. Applying the industrialization technology to the construction of the indemnificatory housing not only responds to the national policy, It can also effectively promote the development of housing industrialization and the upgrading and transformation of the construction industry. Due to the uneven development of industrialization in various regions in China, most areas are still in a backward and closed state, which is very disadvantageous to the national popularization of housing industrialization. As the only way to the future development of construction industry, prefabricated architecture is worth exploring and studying. In this paper, combining with the advanced concept of prefabricated technology in China and the regional characteristics, a prefabricated standardized indemnificatory apartment household model with regional adaptability, regional generality and spatial accommodation is constructed. It can be used as a reference for the standardization of affordable housing in the hot summer and warm winter areas of Fujian Province, and the feedback and summary are made through the relevant practical projects in the scope of the study. The specific research contents are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, which describes the source of the subject, research background, research significance, and through consulting the relevant literature to understand the development of the relevant fields, research methods, research content and research framework. The second chapter expounds the related concepts, including the concept of housing industrialization, structural system, design principles and methods. This paper summarizes a set of architectural design methods with the characteristics of industrialization, as the design method of the paper. The third chapter is the basic research of affordable housing, including the concept and policy of affordable housing in China, Fujian Province's affordable housing policy, norms, atlas and development process. Sort, analyze, classify. According to different residents'"living mode" classification, summed up the different "living mode" residents' respective housing needs and living characteristics. The fourth chapter is the design chapter of the paper. Firstly, it analyzes the regional influence factors in the hot summer and warm winter area of Fujian Province, and combines the prefabricated architectural design techniques summarized in the second chapter. According to the third chapter of the induction of all kinds of "living mode" design. The main design methods are as follows: classification of each functional space of residence, scale analysis of "unit module", and combination of "unit module" to form standardized "function module". Then through the combination of "function module" to form "standardized household" under different "residence mode", finally the standard layer plane is formed by the combination of each household type. Through the design of standardized household and standard layer plane and related examples summarized, compared, the research results of the paper are demonstrated. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, summarizes the feasibility of the combination of affordable housing and prefabricated architecture, expounds the role of assembly technology in indemnificatory apartment's design and the commonality between the two. And the design principle and design method of the indemnificatory housing in the industrialization building are summarized. Finally put forward the outlook and shortcomings.
