城市再开发中健康影响评估的应用——以美国亚特兰大市环线复兴项目为例

【摘要】：城市建成环境是影响人体健康的重要外部综合要素的集合,土地利用、道路与交通、城市形态等均会对个人健康产生直接或间接的影响。城市再开发是当下城市规划面临的重要课题之一,在建成环境的重构过程中将产生健康影响。因此,对城市再开发项目进行健康影响预测和评估,有助于促进居民健康的科学决策及提高项目的综合效益。文章分析了健康影响评估在城市规划和建设中的作用,探讨在应用过程中评估要素的选取和分析方法,并以美国亚特兰大市环线复兴项目的健康影响评估为例,探讨健康影响评估的实践应用,得出对我国城市规划的启示。
[Abstract]:Urban built environment is a collection of important external comprehensive factors that affect human health. Land use, road and traffic, urban form and so on will have direct or indirect effects on individual health. Urban redevelopment is one of the most important issues in urban planning, which will have a health impact in the reconstruction of built environment. Therefore, it is helpful to predict and evaluate the health impact of urban redevelopment projects in order to promote the scientific decision-making of residents' health and improve the comprehensive benefits of the projects. This paper analyzes the role of health impact assessment in urban planning and construction, and discusses the selection and analysis method of assessment elements in the process of application, and takes the health impact assessment of the Atlanta City Ring Renewal Project as an example. The practical application of health impact assessment is discussed, and the enlightenment to urban planning in China is obtained.
