儿童体验式休闲农业园景观设计

【摘要】:儿童的健康成长和综合素质培养需要高质量的户外活动环境。在城市化快速发展的同时,多数儿童只能在硬质广场以及拥挤的街道玩耍,越来越远离新鲜的空气和大自然环境。近年来不断兴起的休闲农业园,其独特的地理环境、农耕文化、农事体验活动和农业生态景观给儿童提供了天然的生态教室,同时也是实施自然教育的理想场所。据农业部统计,2016年全国休闲农业和乡村旅游接待游客近21亿人次,带动672万户农民受益。 2017年中央1号文件再次明确指出,要大力发展休闲农业,充分发挥乡村独特优势,利用“旅游+” “生态+”模式,推进农业与旅游、教育、文化、康养等产业融合。本文采用文献查阅归纳、案例研究、论证分析、实践案例的方法,以提出问题—分析问题—解决问题为研究思路进行分析探讨,主要包括以下内容:首先,以休闲农业为切入点,分析、总结休闲农业的景观要素、类型、可认知性以及休闲农业与儿童的关系,找出休闲农业和儿童认知自然的关联性,即休闲农业的可认知性为儿童进行自然体验提供了更多可能。其次,对自然体验式的儿童行为活动适宜性做出评价,按不同年龄段总结出儿童的身体特征、心理特征和行为特点,并尝试分析不同年龄段儿童的活动喜好和认知能力。针对以上特点,从安全性、参与性、趣味性多样性和农业可认知性方面对农业园做出适宜性评价体系,概括出适宜体验的农事活动,为休闲农业园的景观设计和体验活动提供理论依据。再次,对我国最先发展休闲农业的台湾地区选取案例,进行分析总结。分别是台北头城休闲农场和台南仙湖休闲农场,从项目概述和规划设计两方面做出了详细分析,并进行案例对比分析和借鉴经验总结。然后,在案例分析的基础上形成了休闲农业园设计体系。以旅游心理学理论、体验经济理论、环境农业理论、景观生态学理论作为指导,分别得出以下结论:休闲农业景观设计要求、设计原则、设计特性、设计方法。以此实现儿童体验并认知自然的目的。最后,基于上述设计体系,以滁州市全椒县“辉隆休闲农业园”为例,将规划地段打造成集乡村文化、农业观光、农事体验、民俗风情、自然教育为特色的综合性休闲农园目的地,满足儿童乡村体验、认知自然的需求,理论结合实践阐述设计方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Children's healthy growth and comprehensive quality training need high-quality outdoor environment. At the same time of rapid urbanization, most children can only play in hard squares and crowded streets, away from the fresh air and natural environment. In recent years, the leisure agriculture garden, whose unique geographical environment, farming culture, agricultural experience and agricultural ecological landscape provide children with natural ecological classroom, is also an ideal place to carry out natural education. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the country's leisure agriculture and rural tourism received nearly 2.1 billion tourists in 2016, driving 6.72 million farmers to benefit. The 2017 Central Committee document No. 1 once again pointed out that it is necessary to vigorously develop leisure agriculture, give full play to the unique advantages of rural areas, and make use of the "tourism" ecological "model to promote the integration of agriculture and tourism, education, culture, health and other industries. This paper adopts the methods of literature review, case study, argumentation and analysis, and practice cases, and analyses and discusses the ideas of putting forward problem-analyzing problem-solving problems, which mainly include the following contents: first of all, From the point of view of leisure agriculture, this paper analyzes and summarizes the landscape elements, types, cognition of leisure agriculture and the relationship between leisure agriculture and children, and finds out the relationship between leisure agriculture and children's cognition of nature. That is, the cognitive nature of leisure agriculture provides more possibilities for children to experience nature. Secondly, the author evaluates the suitability of children's behavioral activities of natural experience, sums up the physical, psychological and behavioral characteristics of children according to different ages, and tries to analyze the activity preferences and cognitive abilities of children of different ages. In view of the above characteristics, from the aspects of safety, participation, interesting diversity and agricultural cognition, the suitability evaluation system of agricultural garden was made, and the suitable experience of agricultural activities was summarized. It provides theoretical basis for landscape design and experience activities of leisure agriculture garden. Thirdly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the selected cases of Taiwan, which is the first country to develop leisure agriculture. Taibei Tou Cheng leisure farm and Tainan Xianhu leisure farm, from the project overview and planning and design two aspects of detailed analysis, and comparative analysis of cases and experience summary. Then, on the basis of case study, the design system of leisure agriculture park is formed. Under the guidance of tourism psychology theory, experience economy theory, environmental agriculture theory and landscape ecology theory, the following conclusions are drawn: landscape design requirements, design principles, design characteristics and design methods of leisure agriculture. In order to achieve the children experience and recognize the nature of the purpose. Finally, based on the above design system, taking Huilong Leisure Agriculture Park of Chuzhou Quanjiao County as an example, the planning area is built into a collection of rural culture, agricultural sightseeing, agricultural experience, folk customs and customs. The comprehensive leisure farm destination characterized by natural education meets the needs of children's rural experience and cognition of nature. The feasibility of the design method is expounded by combining theory with practice.
