软土地区深基坑对临近地铁结构影响的实测与分析

【摘要】:基于临近地铁线路的某大型深基坑工程,对基坑设计和施工方案、施工期间地铁结构监测数据进行分析。研究表明:面积和深度均较大的基坑进行分期实施,可以有效控制临近地铁结构位移;基坑开挖卸荷可能导致临近地铁结构产生较大的回弹,并产生朝向基坑内侧的水平位移;袖筏管注浆可以有效地控制地铁隧道结构位移,结构产生较大位移时可适当进行纠偏;此类工程中地铁结构产生的位移具有明显的时空效应。
[Abstract]:Based on a large deep foundation pit project near the subway line, the design and construction scheme of foundation pit and the monitoring data of subway structure during construction are analyzed. The results show that the foundation pit with larger area and depth can effectively control the displacement of the adjacent subway structure by stages, and the unloading of the foundation pit may lead to a large rebound of the adjacent subway structure and the horizontal displacement towards the inside of the foundation pit. The displacement of subway tunnel structure can be effectively controlled by sleeve raft pipe grouting, and the displacement caused by subway structure in this kind of engineering can be corrected properly when the structure produces a large displacement, and the displacement produced by this kind of engineering has obvious space-time effect.
