第二居所住区的居民需求与公共服务设施配置优化策略

【摘要】：公共服务设施配置是住区规划建设的重要内容之一。近年来,随着旅游休闲逐渐成为大众生活的常态,第二居所逐渐成为居民生活的重要场所之一,同时第二居所住区的公共服务设施配套供应模式与居民实际需求之间的矛盾也日益凸显。文章以山东省烟台市龙口滨海住区为研究对象,在实地访谈和调研问卷的基础上,从居民需求视角出发,对存在的主要公共服务设施配置问题进行解析,充分考虑第二居所住区内居民的特征和需求,以满足共性需求与个性需求、刚性需求与弹性需求为前提,对公共服务设施配置提出优化与提升策略。
[Abstract]:The allocation of public service facilities is one of the important contents of residential district planning and construction. In recent years, as tourism and leisure have gradually become the norm of popular life, the second residence has gradually become one of the most important places for residents to live. At the same time, the contradiction between the supply mode of public service facilities and the residents' actual demand in the second residence residential area is becoming increasingly prominent. Taking Longkou coastal residential district of Yantai City, Shandong Province as the research object, based on field interviews and questionnaire, this paper analyzes the main public service facilities allocation problems from the perspective of residents' needs. The characteristics and needs of the residents in the second residence area are fully considered, and the optimization and upgrading strategy of the public service facilities is put forward on the premise of satisfying the common and individual needs, the rigid demand and the elastic demand.
