除湿换热器系统冬季采暖加湿性能研究

【摘要】:本文在上海典型冬季工况下,测试了太阳能驱动的除湿换热器系统的采暖加湿性能。同时针对再生热水温度、再生热水流量和再生风量等三个影响再生过程的重要因素进行了实验研究。结果表明,除湿换热器系统在冬季工况下可以有效实现采暖加湿,并在热水温度为40℃,流量为0.4 kg/s,再生风量为400 m~3/h的工况下达到最佳送风状态。此时送风含湿量为5.15kg/s,系统热力学性能系数(COP_(th))达到1.78。同时,针对冬季环境含湿量的变化提出了不同的风量控制策略,实现送风温湿度和系统性能的最优化。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the heating and humidification performance of the solar energy driven dehumidifying heat exchanger system is tested under typical winter conditions in Shanghai. At the same time, three important factors affecting the regeneration process, such as the temperature of regenerated hot water, the flow rate of regenerated hot water and the regenerated air volume, are studied experimentally. The results show that the dehumidifying heat exchanger system can effectively realize heating and humidification under the winter conditions, and the optimal supply condition can be achieved under the condition of 40 鈩,
