百乐门舞厅优秀历史建筑房屋质量检测鉴定

【摘要】：建于1931年的百乐门舞厅为上海市优秀历史建筑,使用方拟对房屋一~三层舞厅部分进行重新装修。为了解房屋现状,给后续装修设计提供依据,对房屋进行了现场检测,分析了房屋的安全性和抗震性能,提出了相应的处理措施。
[Abstract]:The Ballroom, built in 1931, is an excellent historic building in Shanghai. In order to understand the present situation of the house and provide the basis for the subsequent decoration design, the site inspection of the house is carried out, the safety and seismic performance of the building are analyzed, and the corresponding treatment measures are put forward.
