A市污水处理厂二期工程项目设计与评价

【摘要】:作为不可再生资源,水资源已经演变成了越来越短缺的资源,而且这种现象有增无减。为了人类的生存,为了子孙后代,科学开发和实用水资源已经成为全球亟待解决的问题。水资源每天的使用量非常高,同样污水也非常多,如果直接排掉不仅浪费了大量的水资源,同时也会造成环境的破坏。相比于海水以及雨水,污水更便于收集、来源稳定、处理方便。为减紧张的轻水资源,全球已有好多国家相继出台了对污水的法律法规,也提出了好多治理污水、废水再利用的方案,有效减轻了城市的用水压力。污水处理工程关系到各个市民的利益,是一项公益事业。本项目建设是A市经济发展的需要,是满足A市用水规划发展的需要。项目建成后将改变A市优越的区位优势,并完善水网的使用功能,缓解区域用水的压力。本文以A市污水处理厂二期工程项目设计与评价为调研对象,基于我再硕士期间获得的相关经济学知识以及近年的履历,以及针对本项目开展的十分充分的调查研究,全面的分析了本工程投产的必要性、经济适应性以及核心技术问题。本人将该论文框架大致划分为6部分:一、绪论,或者叫引言。该部分总结分析了论文的研究背景和研究的意义,基于现有调研对论文的核心研究内容进行了总结。二、概括介绍了论文研究所涉及的理论知识。三、对建设本工程的社会背景和所处的市场环境进行了深入剖析。该部分不仅阐述了该项目的基本情况,剖析了其投产的重要意义,而且研究了本项目的各项功用。四、核心技术介绍,以实际考察情况为基础,深入剖析了本项目的核心技术,例如工厂布局、技术方法、给排水系统设备方案、环境保护等。第五部分:项目评价。根据国民经济分析的主要指标,对该工程的经济效益进行分析,评价该工程的经济性社会评价以及风险评价。最后结论。总结本文研究所得出的主要结论。
[Abstract]:As a non-renewable resource, water resources have evolved into increasingly scarce resources, and this phenomenon continues unabated. For the survival of mankind and future generations, scientific development and practical water resources have become a global problem to be solved. The daily use of water resources is very high, and the sewage is also very much. If discharged directly, not only a lot of water resources will be wasted, but also environmental damage will be caused. Compared with sea water and Rain Water, sewage is more easy to collect, stable source and convenient treatment. In order to reduce the shortage of light water resources, many countries in the world have issued laws and regulations on sewage one after another, and also put forward a lot of treatment of sewage, waste water reuse programs, effectively reduce the pressure of water use in cities. Sewage treatment works are related to the interests of all citizens and are a public welfare undertaking. The construction of this project is the need of the economic development of A city and the need of water use planning development of A city. After the completion of the project, the superior location advantage of A city will be changed, and the use function of water network will be improved to relieve the pressure of regional water use. This paper takes the design and evaluation of the second phase project of A city sewage treatment plant as the research object, based on the relevant economic knowledge gained during my master's degree and the recent years' resume, as well as the full investigation and research carried out in view of this project. The necessity, economic adaptability and core technical problems of the project are analyzed. The thesis frame is divided into six parts: first, introduction, or introduction. This part summarizes and analyzes the research background and significance of the thesis, and summarizes the core research content based on the existing research. Second, the paper introduces the theoretical knowledge involved in the research. Thirdly, the social background and market environment of the construction project are deeply analyzed. This part not only describes the basic situation of the project, analyzes the significance of its production, but also studies the functions of the project. Fourth, the introduction of core technology, based on the actual investigation, this paper deeply analyzes the core technology of the project, such as plant layout, technical method, water supply and drainage system equipment scheme, environmental protection and so on. Part V: project evaluation. According to the main indexes of national economic analysis, the economic benefits of the project are analyzed, and the economic and social evaluation and risk evaluation of the project are evaluated. Final conclusion The main conclusions of this paper are summarized.
