住宅小区智能化系统的设计与开发

【摘要】: 住宅小区智能化是目前国内、外住宅建设领域和信息产业领域非常热门而又前沿的话题,也是能否实现住宅产业信息化的关键问题之一。其中住宅小区智能化的规划设计和系统集成是其重点和难点。 任何一种产业的发展都要有适当的技术来支持,LonWorks技术虽然是一种工控现场总线技术,但也是一项很适用于构建住宅小区智能化控制网络系统的技术,在国外已被广泛地应用于智能建筑的建设,并产生了很大的经济效益。目前在我国LonWorks技术尚未在住宅小区智能化建设的当中得到广泛应用,对其研究与开发更是很少。 本文通过对国内、外智能住宅及其小区智能化建设的有关资料分析,结合我国住宅小区的特点,规划设计了住宅小区智能化系统的基本模式,通过对其各组成系统的功能分析,指出用LonWorks技术构建住宅小区智能化控制网络系统有许多优越性,并对LonWorks技术的核心元器件神经元(Neuron)芯片做接口扩展,构建了一个家居智能控制系统,给出了相应的底层应用程序和人机界面管理程序。底层与人机界面之间的通讯,,采用动态数据交换(DDE)的方式进行交流,实现了家庭中的三表远程抄收系统、三防报警系统及其设备的联动控制。最后,根据小区管理项目的内容,设计了一个小区的管理软件。
[Abstract]:At present, the intellectualization of residential district is a very hot and frontier topic in the field of housing construction and information industry in China, and it is also one of the key problems to realize the informatization of housing industry. The intelligent planning and system integration of residential district is the key and difficulty. The development of any kind of industry should be supported by appropriate technology. Although LonWorks technology is a kind of industrial control fieldbus technology, it is also a very suitable technology for building intelligent control network system in residential district. It has been widely used in the construction of intelligent buildings abroad, and has produced great economic benefits. At present, LonWorks technology has not been widely used in the intelligent construction of residential district, and its research and development is even less. In this paper, by analyzing the relevant data of intelligent residential building and intelligent construction of residential area in China and combining the characteristics of residential district in our country, this paper plans and designs the basic mode of intelligent system of residential district, and analyzes the function of each component system. It is pointed out that there are many advantages in building intelligent control network system of residential district with LonWorks technology, and a home intelligent control system is constructed by extending the interface of (Neuron) chip, the core component of LonWorks technology. The underlying application program and man-machine interface management program are given. The communication between the bottom layer and the man-machine interface is carried out by means of dynamic data exchange (DDE), which realizes the remote reading system of three tables in the home and the linkage control of the three alarm system and its equipment. Finally, according to the content of community management project, a management software is designed.
