安置小区居民归属感的缺失与重塑——以宁波为例

【摘要】：文章通过对宁波市安置小区的实地调研、问卷调查,分析拆迁安置小区居民归属感缺失的成因,运用安置小区景观的合理规划、原住地文化植入及小区景观环境更新等手段,以"含蓄地引导"的方式,合理的规划设计,探索出再现地方特色,重塑拆迁小区居民的归属感的方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the field investigation and questionnaire investigation in Ningbo, this paper analyzes the causes of the lack of the sense of belonging of the residents in the relocation and resettlement area, and applies the reasonable planning of the landscape of the resettlement area, the implantation of the original residential culture and the renewal of the landscape environment of the residential district, and so on. By means of "implicit guidance" and reasonable planning and design, the methods of reproducing local characteristics and reconstructing the sense of belonging of residents in the demolition area are explored.
