基于Ecotect软件的岭南地区绿色建筑优化设计——以增城某小型既有博物馆为例

【摘要】:既有建筑受当时设计方法和建筑技术的限制,其节能性无法达到现代建筑的要求,从而对环境造成较大的影响.本文试以增城一小型既有博物馆为例,运用绿色建筑分析软件Ecotect对建筑热环境和光环境进行优化模拟对比和分析.研究结果表明,采用自然通风、遮阳隔热等被动式设计后的建筑热环境和光环境较原始建筑有明显改善,这为岭南地区既有建筑的节能优化设计提供理论参考.
[Abstract]:The existing buildings are limited by the design method and the building technology at that time, so their energy efficiency can not meet the requirements of modern architecture, which has a great impact on the environment. Taking a small museum in Zengcheng as an example, this paper uses the green building analysis software Ecotect to simulate and analyze the thermal environment and the light environment of the building. The results show that the thermal environment and light environment of the buildings with passive design, such as natural ventilation, sun shading and heat insulation, are obviously improved compared with the original buildings, which provides a theoretical reference for the energy saving optimization design of the existing buildings in Lingnan area.
