城市居住区地下停车对微气候的影响研究

【摘要】:目前,国内越来越多的居住小区进行了地下停车规划的实践,利用腾出来的地面创造了更多的水体与绿地,改善了生态环境。本研究以南京某居住小区地下停车规划为实例,以微气候流体力学模拟软件Envi-met为手段,通过对该小区进行地下停车规划与不进行地下停车规划两个方案进行冬夏两季的居住区室外微气候模拟分析,利用模拟计算得到的微气候参数(风速与风向、空气温度、相对湿度)、空气质量参数(CO2分布)以及室外人员热舒适参数(平均辐射温度MRT)等数据,通过两种方案的模拟结果对比,量化分析了地下停车规划对该居住区外环境的影响,探讨了地下停车规划对居住区城市微气候的影响与效益。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more residential areas in our country have carried out underground parking planning, which has created more water and green space and improved the ecological environment. In this study, the planning of underground parking in a residential district in Nanjing was taken as an example, and the microclimate fluid dynamics simulation software Envi-met was used as a means. Through two schemes of underground parking planning and no underground parking planning, the outdoor microclimate simulation analysis of residential area in winter and summer is carried out, and the microclimate parameters (wind speed, wind direction, air temperature) obtained by simulation calculation are used. Relative humidity (RH), air quality parameters (CO2 distribution) and outdoor thermal comfort parameters (MRT) were compared with the simulation results of the two schemes. This paper analyzes quantitatively the influence of underground parking planning on the outer environment of the residential area, and probes into the influence and benefit of underground parking planning on the urban microclimate of residential area.
