杭州城西银泰绿色建筑设计研究
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of urbanization, commercial buildings, as an important part of newly built buildings, play an important role in promoting the development of local economy, improving the quality of life of residents, and promoting employment and re-employment. The modern city commercial green building is in the rapid development stage, but its over-dependence on the environment resources has already produced the huge burden to the social development, if cannot solve this question will seriously affect the development of the urbanization construction of our country. Commercial building area has high energy consumption and great energy saving potential. We should pay attention to the selection and application of passive design and technical measures so as to maximize reasonable investment and achieve better low-carbon energy-saving effect. At the same time, we should actively adopt appropriate and reasonable positive measures to complement each other, so as to achieve better low-carbon energy-saving effect. On the basis of theoretical research, taking Yintai shopping mall in the west of Hangzhou as an example, this paper analyzes how to reduce building energy consumption from three aspects of urban planning, architectural design and architectural technology, and combining with the characteristics of regional climate and geography. In order to achieve harmony and unity among architecture, people and environment, the green architecture design method suitable for Hangzhou area of Zhejiang Province is explored. Through the simulation and analysis of Yintai project in the west of Hangzhou, there is a clearer design for sunshine, radiation, enclosure structure optimization and roof greening, which can create a healthy and comfortable interior space on the basis of effective energy saving. At the same time, advanced active energy-saving measures, such as air-source heat pump hot water system, solar energy system and photoconductive lighting system, are adopted to achieve better energy-saving effect.
