福治紫城基坑支护方案优选分析

【摘要】:为了确保施工过程基坑周边的安全达标,本文针对福治紫城实际基坑施工工程情况,依据勘察报告,结合相应规范,先应用Midas/GTS软件模拟无支护状态下基坑开挖至坑底时,其周边变形情况,得到开挖过程基坑的各个部位的最大变形。变形较明显部位要加强支护(桩锚、排桩、地下连续墙)。变形相对不明显部位,建议采用复合土钉墙支护。运用理正软件进行设计计算,得到上述三种支护方案均满足要求。再用Midas/GTS有限元软件作为计算工具对上述3个不同基坑支护模型(桩锚+复合土钉墙、排桩+复合土钉墙、地下连续墙+复合土钉墙)分别进行稳定性分析,研究了交通荷载及地下水对其影响。由模拟结果可得如下结论:(1)基坑无支护状态下开挖至坑底,其距建筑物较近处沉降较为明显;(2)应用理正设计软件对该工程的三种基坑支护方案进行设计计算,得到各个方案的基坑位移及地面沉降值;(3)针对基坑分别用Midas/GTS进行建模,分析各个支护状态下基坑最大变形、地下水渗流作用下土压力、周边荷载及建筑物对基坑的影响等;(4)经查看得知,三种支护方案所得的基坑最大变形分别为38.7159mm、38.9076mm、32.5502mm。并且,周边交通荷载对建筑物影响较小,可以忽略不计。经过分析比较基坑的边坡沉降、经济性,得到桩锚支护为最优的支护方案。本方案可为实际工程的设计与施工有一定的参考性。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the safety of foundation pit surrounding the construction process, according to the actual construction engineering situation of Fuzhi Zicheng foundation pit, according to the survey report and the corresponding specification, the Midas/GTS software is first used to simulate the excavation to the bottom of the pit under the condition of no support. The maximum deformation of each part of the foundation pit in the excavation process is obtained under the condition of the deformation around the foundation pit. The more obvious deformation should be strengthened support (pile anchor, row piles, underground continuous wall). It is suggested that the composite soil nailing wall should be used to support the deformation. The design and calculation are carried out by using the software of straightening and straightening, and it is found that the above three supporting schemes meet the requirements. Then, the stability analysis of three different foundation pit supporting models (pile-anchor composite soil-nail wall, row-pile composite soil-nail wall, underground continuous wall composite soil-nail wall) was carried out by using Midas/GTS finite element software as a calculation tool. The influence of traffic load and groundwater on it is studied. From the simulation results, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) when the foundation pit is excavated to the bottom of the pit under the condition of no support, the settlement is more obvious near the building; (2) three kinds of foundation pit supporting schemes of this project are designed and calculated by using the software of straightening design, and the foundation pit displacements and ground settlement values of each scheme are obtained. (3) Midas/GTS is used to model the foundation pit, and the maximum deformation of the foundation pit under each supporting condition, the earth pressure under the action of groundwater seepage, the surrounding load and the influence of the building on the foundation pit are analyzed. (4) the maximum deformation of foundation pit is 38.7159mm, 38.9076mm, 32.5502mm respectively. Moreover, the influence of peripheral traffic load on the building is small and can be ignored. Through the analysis and comparison of slope settlement and economy of foundation pit, the optimal supporting scheme of pile-anchor support is obtained. This scheme can be used as a reference for the design and construction of practical engineering.
