随机工期下基于可更新资源约束的Max-npv项目鲁棒性调度优化

【摘要】:从项目双方的视角出发,研究了不确定环境中在可更新资源约束下的、活动工期具有随机性的Max-npv项目鲁棒性调度问题。为了应对随机工期对项目净现值的影响,引入了RFDFF缓冲方法生成鲁棒性调度计划以保证项目稳定执行并得到项目双方净现值的最大化。首先对研究问题进行界定。其次构建由两个子模型组成的项目调度优化模型,随后鉴于问题的强NP-hard属性,设计了禁忌搜索启发式算法求解找到承包商和业主均可接受的满意解。最后用一个实际案例对研究进行了验证说明,并分析了关键参数对合同双方项目收益的影响。结果表明,通过添加时间缓冲的方式可以提高项目的鲁棒性,保证项目的稳定执行。与此同时不同的业主支付方式能够弥补随机工期带来的双方收益损失,保证双方收益的最大化;折现率、支付比例和项目截止日期都会对双方收益产生影响。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of both sides of the project, the robust scheduling problem of Max-npv projects with stochastic activity duration under the constraint of renewable resources in an uncertain environment is studied in this paper. In order to deal with the influence of random duration on project net present value (NPV), RFDFF buffer method is introduced to generate robust scheduling plan to ensure the stable execution of the project and to maximize the NPV of both sides of the project. First of all, the research issues are defined. Secondly, a project scheduling optimization model composed of two sub-models is constructed. Then, in view of the strong NP-hard attribute of the problem, a Tabu search heuristic algorithm is designed to find the satisfactory solution acceptable to both the contractor and the owner. Finally, a practical case is used to verify the study, and the influence of key parameters on the project income of both parties is analyzed. The results show that the robustness of the project can be improved by adding time buffer to ensure the stable execution of the project. At the same time, different owners' payment methods can make up for the loss of both parties' income caused by random construction period, and guarantee the maximization of both parties' income; the discount rate, payment ratio and project deadline will all affect the income of both parties.
