地源热泵系统地埋管群分区运行控制策略研究

【摘要】:通过建立地埋管传热模型和变频水泵能耗模型,对不同地埋管群分区运行控制策略下对应的钻孔壁温、出水温度和能耗进行模拟计算。结果表明:地源热泵系统地埋管群采用分区运行控制策略钻孔壁温和出水温度恢复较好,采用负荷控制策略时的节能率关系为:75%负荷率50%负荷率25%负荷率;采用时间控制策略时的节能率关系为:下午时段中午时段上午时段;采用水温控制策略时的节能率关系为:出水29℃出水30℃出水28℃;采用分区运行控制策略节能率均可达到20%,高于地源侧系统变流量运行控制策略。
[Abstract]:By setting up the heat transfer model of underground pipe and the energy consumption model of variable frequency pump, the corresponding borehole wall temperature, outlet temperature and energy consumption under different subzone operation control strategy of buried pipe group are simulated and calculated. The results show that the borehole wall temperature and outlet temperature of ground-source heat pump system are recovered better by using zone operation control strategy. The relationship of energy saving rate is 75% load rate 50% load rate 25% load rate when the load control strategy is adopted.
