一种胶合板甲醛屏蔽及治理方法研究

【摘要】:利用自制的XKD-1,XKD-2屏蔽剂以及高性能甲醛净化涂料,研究了一种胶合板中甲醛的屏蔽及治理方法。将3种屏蔽剂单独或组合后涂刷胶合板表面,屏蔽胶合板中释放的甲醛。结果表明,XKD-1屏蔽剂有一定的填充屏蔽作用,屏蔽率为82.759%;XKD-1+XKD-2形成致密光滑平整涂层,屏蔽率达89.655%;采用XKD-1+甲醛净化涂料甲醛组合屏蔽,由于纳米SiO_2/纳米TiO_2复合体大大提高了光催化作用,屏蔽率达96.55%;而XKD-1+XKD-2+甲醛净化涂料组合屏蔽剂涂刷后,屏蔽率也达96.55%,该组合屏蔽剂既能拥有平整连续的涂膜,又能起到光催化效果。
[Abstract]:The shielding and treatment of formaldehyde in plywood were studied by using self-made XKD-1,XKD-2 shielding agent and high performance formaldehyde purification coating. The surface of plywood was coated with 3 kinds of shielding agent alone or in combination to shield the formaldehyde released from plywood. The results show that XKD-1 shielding agent has a certain effect of filling and shielding, the shielding rate is 82.759% and the shielding rate is 89.655%, and the shielding rate is 82.759% and 82.9% respectively, and the shielding rate is 82.759%. Using XKD-1 formaldehyde purification coating formaldehyde composite shielding, because nano-SiO_2/ nano-TiO_2 composite greatly improved the photocatalytic effect, shielding rate up to 96.55%; The shielding rate of XKD-1 XKD-2 formaldehyde purifying coating is 96.55%, which can not only have smooth and continuous coating film, but also play a photocatalytic role.
