契合城市发展走廊的轨道线路功能带构建策略——以厦门市轨道交通1号线为例

【摘要】：当前,轨道规划建设已不能单纯局限于线路或单一站点本身,而应将其作为城市空间及功能结构的重要组成部分加以考虑。基于此,文章提出应构建契合城市发展走廊的轨道线路功能带,作为城市功能优化布局的有效空间载体,应从观念更新、空间整合和用地协同三方面强化"建轨道即建城市"的规划理念,并结合厦门市轨道交通1号线的实践探讨了轨道线路与城市发展走廊的适应性。
[Abstract]:At present, track planning and construction can not only be limited to lines or single stations themselves, but should be considered as an important part of urban space and functional structure. Based on this, this paper puts forward that we should construct the functional belt of rail line which fits the urban development corridor, as an effective space carrier for optimizing the layout of urban function, we should renew the concept from the point of view. Space integration and land use coordination strengthen the planning concept of "build a city as a track", and discuss the adaptability between the track line and the urban development corridor in the light of the practice of Xiamen rail transit line 1.
