基于BIM技术的化工建设项目全过程造价管理控制研究

【摘要】:在化工企业建设发展过程中据相关统计,由于各方面的问题,项目建设成本存在极大的浪费,大多数项目竣工结算都会超过项目的投资预算,伴随工程管理技术的进一步提高,网络信息化的高速发展,BIM技术的应用及全过程造价管理的理念也在进一步的提高。并且在项目的全寿命周期起着越来越重要的作用。BIM使建造成本降低、工期缩短、建筑工程质量提高,项目生产效率提升,具有三维渲染、宣传展示;快速算量、提升精度;精确计划,减少浪费;多算对比,有效管控;虚拟施工,有效协同;碰撞检查,减少返工;冲突调用,决策支持等特点,BIM技术引入到化工建筑中:可避免40%预算外的改变,把造价估算的精确度控制在3%以内,使造价估算的时间减少80%,在解决冲突和发现的基础上可以降低10%的合同价格,总体而言,BIM具有可出图性、优化性、模拟性、协调性的核心价值特点。基于BIM的全过程造价管理能够满足投资估算的价值取向、使投资估算依照模块进行、使投资估算拥有合理数值、为项目的建设周期提供更准确的参考;在设计概算阶段能够提高测算的准确性和精度、保证设计的协调性,保证信息的畅通性、减少了后期不必要的变更费用,控制了成本;在招投标控制阶段提供了更为准确的招投标工作量清单和招投标控制价;在合同实施阶段便于工程进度款的支付和申请、最大程度的减少设计变更,控制材料成本浪费;竣工结算阶段能较少人工的工作量,节约结算时间;使每个阶段的管理目标得到实现,使总造价得到控制,提高了项目投资效益;本文结合案例对基于BIM技术的全过程造价管理管理控制和应用做了详细的说明和分析。尽管BIM优势明显,但其作用对于我国建筑领域内,特别是化工建筑而言,尚未形成较为成熟的机制,缺乏政府介入和行业标准,同时,建筑行业整体对于BIM的观念和意识滞后,BIM应用的驱动力明显不足,BIM技术及软件本土化问题受到制约,同时基于BIM的造价管理能力的专业人才严重缺乏;基于此,面对信息化和互联网发达的今天,本选题力图探究BIM技术在企业化工建设方面应用情况,进一步分析企业怎样在化工生产、设计和安装上应用BIM技术达到信息的共享和集成;怎样通过BIM调配各种资源,实现产能和工艺优化方面的升级发展,同时在之后的运行过程中很好地控制成本,实现可视化控制的数据化体系,使化工企业的市场竞争力提高,从而有效实现可持续发展和绿色建筑。
[Abstract]:In the process of construction and development of chemical enterprises, according to the relevant statistics, due to various problems, the construction cost of the project exists a great waste, most of the project completion settlement will exceed the investment budget of the project, accompanied by the further improvement of the project management technology, With the rapid development of network information, the application of BIM technology and the concept of cost management in the whole process are also being further improved. BIM reduces the construction cost, shortens the construction period, improves the quality of the construction project, improves the production efficiency of the project, has three-dimensional rendering, publicity and display, and improves the accuracy of the calculation, the fast calculation, and the improvement of the precision, and it also plays a more and more important role in the whole life cycle of the project. Accurate planning, reduce waste; multi-calculation comparison, effective control; virtual construction, effective coordination; collision inspection, reduce rework; With the characteristics of conflict call, decision support and so on, BIM technology is introduced into chemical construction: it can avoid 40% of extrabudgetary changes, limit the accuracy of cost estimation to less than 3%, and reduce the time of cost estimation by 80%. On the basis of conflict resolution and discovery, the contract price can be reduced by 10%. Generally speaking, BIM has the core value characteristics of graphability, optimization, simulation and coordination. The whole process cost management based on BIM can satisfy the value orientation of the investment estimation, make the investment estimate proceed according to the module, make the investment estimate have reasonable value, and provide more accurate reference for the construction cycle of the project. In the stage of design budget estimate, it can improve the accuracy and accuracy of calculation, ensure the coordination of design, ensure the smooth availability of information, reduce the unnecessary change cost in the later stage, and control the cost. In the bidding control stage, it provides a more accurate list of bidding workload and bidding control price, facilitates the payment and application of project progress funds in the contract implementation stage, minimizes design changes, and controls the waste of material costs. The completion and settlement stage can reduce the manual workload and save the settlement time, so that the management objectives of each stage can be realized, the total cost can be controlled, and the investment efficiency of the project can be improved. In this paper, the whole process cost management control and application based on BIM technology are explained and analyzed in detail. Although BIM has obvious advantages, its function has not yet formed a more mature mechanism for the construction field of our country, especially for chemical architecture, and lacks of government intervention and industry standards. at the same time, the concept and consciousness of BIM in the construction industry as a whole lags behind. The driving force of BIM application is obviously insufficient, the localization of BIM technology and software is restricted, and the professionals based on BIM cost management ability are seriously lack. Based on this, in the face of information technology and Internet development today, this topic tries to explore the application of BIM technology in the chemical construction of enterprises, and further analyzes how enterprises produce in chemical industry. Design and installation of BIM technology to achieve the sharing and integration of information; How to allocate all kinds of resources through BIM to realize the upgrading and development of production capacity and process optimization, at the same time, how to control the cost well and realize the data system of visual control, so as to improve the market competitiveness of chemical enterprises. So as to effectively achieve sustainable development and green building.
