施工损伤对双向土工格栅应力应变影响的数值分析

【摘要】:土工格栅在施工过程中的损伤难以避免,加筋土结构设计应考虑由施工损伤引起的强度损失。利用FLAC2D软件,研究了双向土工格栅在单一肋条施工损伤下的应力应变响应,模拟了同一肋条在不同程度施工损伤下的抗拉性状。结果表明,单一肋条施工损伤下的土工格栅在不同损伤程度下的应力应变规律基本相同。当拉力方向与肋条方向相同时,单一损伤肋条的应变发展较快,其余未损伤土工格栅肋条的应变均匀分布,垂直于拉力方向的未损伤土工格栅肋条的应变几乎为0。随着单一肋条损伤程度的增加,双向土工格栅的抗拉强度近似呈线性递减。
[Abstract]:The damage of geogrid in the construction process is inevitable, and the strength loss caused by construction damage should be considered in the design of reinforced soil structure. Using FLAC2D software, the stress-strain response of two-way geogrid under single rib construction damage is studied, and the tensile behavior of the same rib under different degrees of construction damage is simulated. The results show that the stress and strain laws of geogrid under single ribbed construction damage are basically the same under different damage degrees. When the tension direction is the same as the rib direction, the strain of the single damaged rib develops rapidly. The strain distribution of the other undamaged geogrid ribs is uniform, and the strain of the undamaged geogrid ribs perpendicular to the tensile direction is almost 0. With the increase of damage degree of single ribbed strip, the tensile strength of bidirectional geogrid decreases approximately linearly.
