西安市老旧住区养老设施设计研究

【摘要】：通过西安市养老需求调查,分析老旧住区中养老服务设施建设的发展与现状问题;并以西安市三十街坊为例,在实地调研基础上,以满足老年人居住生活和公共生活诉求为目标,通过植入多功能复合型养老设施的设计,探讨老旧住区配置养老服务设施的模式和设计方法。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the demand for the aged in Xi'an, this paper analyzes the development and present situation of the construction of the old-age service facilities in the old and old residential areas. And taking the 30 neighborhoods of Xi'an City as an example, on the basis of field investigation, in order to meet the needs of the elderly living and public life as the goal, through the implantation of multifunctional composite pension facilities design, This paper discusses the mode and design method of allocation of old-age service facilities in old and old residential areas.
