基于层次分析法和语义差别法的北京运河公园使用状况评价
[Abstract]:With the success of the Grand Canal of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the World Heritage List in June 2014, the rich landscape resources along the canal are becoming more and more important, and the city canal park is the main representative type of the canal landscape, and at the same time as the basic use function of the city park, It is based on the unique ecological landscape resources and historical and cultural resources of the canal. The research of the city canal park has a positive effect on the protection of the canal ecological environment and the inheritance of the canal culture. Taking the Tongzhou Canal Park and Grand Canal Forest Park in the Tongzhou section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal as an example, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of its use situation, and studies the planning and construction of the Beijing Canal Park and other parks along the canal, the improvement of the landscape and the development of the Grand Canal Forest Park. And has certain reference and guiding value. (1) The paper makes a qualitative analysis of the Beijing Canal Park by carrying out the document reading and the field investigation and the character interview of the Beijing Canal Park, so as to construct the evaluation index system of the use condition of the Beijing Canal Park. Taking the comprehensive evaluation of the use condition of the Beijing Canal Park as the target, selecting the historical and cultural elements, the ecological landscape elements, the social management elements and the recreation and traffic elements as the first-level indicators, and taking the fifteen indexes such as the regional cultural uniqueness, the cultural connotation and the popularization of the science popularization education as the secondary indexes, The evaluation index system of the use condition of the Beijing Canal Park is constructed. and (2) carrying out data analysis on the scoring result of the experts by using a hierarchical analysis method to obtain a judgment matrix of each evaluation index through the method of issuing a consultation questionnaire to experts such as urban planning, landscape ecology and the like, so as to calculate the relative importance degree between each evaluation index, namely, the weight value and the relative importance degree of each evaluation index of the element layer are ranked as the ecological landscape element (0.523), the recreation traffic element (0.299) historical and cultural element (0.121) social management element (0.121), and the social management element (0.0565); The relative importance of each evaluation index of the factor layer is ranked as the visual impression of the water body (0.2737), the external traffic accessibility (0.1715), the aesthetic degree of the landscape level (0.1566), the interior traffic convenience (0.0775), the cultural connotation (0.0726), the richness of the plant species (0.0633) and the spatial layout of the regional cultural characteristic (0.0363). (3) The survey of user's satisfaction is carried out in Tongzhou Canal Park and Grand Canal Forest Park by means of the questionnaire, and the basic status of Tongzhou Canal Park and Grand Canal Forest Park is obtained through the analysis of the basic information part questionnaire of two parks; By means of the analysis of the semantic difference part questionnaire, the data calculation is carried out by means of the semantic difference method, and the average value of the satisfaction degree of the index of the evaluation system of the Tongzhou Canal Park is obtained, such as the regional cultural property (0.981), the cultural connotation (0.856) and the abundance of the popular science education (0.904). The diversity of the plant species (1.385), the aesthetic degree of the landscape (1.572) and so on; the average value of the satisfaction of the evaluation system of the Grand Canal Forest Park, such as the regional cultural identity (0.433), the cultural connotation (0.705), the richness of the popular science education (0.891), the richness of the plant species (1.376), The aesthetic degree of landscape level (1.547) and so on. and (4) carrying out comprehensive calculation on the weight value and the satisfaction average value of the utilization condition evaluation index of the Tongzhou Canal Park and the Grand Canal Forest Park, and combining the two quantitative methods of the hierarchical analysis method and the semantic difference method, Based on the analysis of the relative importance of the experts and the results of the user's satisfaction analysis, the final comprehensive evaluation score of Tongzhou Canal Park is D = 78.333, and the score of satisfaction comprehensive evaluation (V = 77.396), and it can be found that the comprehensive evaluation result of the use condition of Tongzhou Canal Park is good; The final comprehensive evaluation score of the Grand Canal Forest Park is D = 79.774, and the comprehensive evaluation score of the Grand Canal Forest Park is V = 77.796. It can be found that the comprehensive evaluation result of the use condition of the Grand Canal Forest Park is good. (5) The overall evaluation results of the Grand Canal Park and the Grand Canal Forest Park are compared and analyzed, and the overall evaluation results of the Beijing Canal Park are good, the landscape level of the park is good, the diversity of the plant species and the recreation comfort are better, The visual impression of the water body in the park, the situation of public security administration, the overall poor sanitation of the park, and the characteristics of the regional culture, the cultural connotation and the richness of popular science education are more and more general. (6) According to the comprehensive evaluation of the Beijing Canal Park and the results of the comparative analysis, the following optimization suggestions are given to the future planning and construction of the Beijing Canal Park, and it is suggested that the public security management of the park should be strengthened, the health level of the park should be improved, the regional cultural characteristics of Tongzhou should be found, and the cultural connotation of the canal should be deepened; To protect the historical sites of the canal and to increase the experience of the popularization of science education; to improve the water quality of the canal, to purify the air quality in the garden, to enhance the accessibility of the outside traffic of the park, to improve the convenience of internal transportation, to adjust the pattern of the space in the park and to improve the recreation comfort of the park. Through the research of this paper, the comprehensive evaluation of the use situation of the Beijing Canal Park, which provides a reference for the research of the canal park, has played an active role in the development of the "the post-World Heritage Times" 's canal park.
