基于BIM的城市综合管廊工程协同设计应用研究

【摘要】:建筑信息模型技术是继CAD技术之后工程建设领域的又一次技术变革,BIM技术的应用将对工程行业现行的行为模式和管理模式产生极大的冲击。BIM技术服务于工程项目各个阶段,而设计阶段是BIM技术应用的关键阶段,BIM技术的应用将大幅提升设计质量与效率,并直接影响后续阶段BIM应用效率。目前,我国设计行业正处于由传统CAD设计方式向BIM设计方式转变的过渡期。在此背景下,本文提出基于BIM技术的协同设计模式,以设计企业的视角探索基于BIM的协同设计模式的落地方案,并在城市综合管廊项目设计中加以验证。本文从在查阅大量相关研究文献、行业相关调查报告、工程应用案例的基础上,简要概述BIM技术与协同设计理论,总结BIM技术在全寿命周期内的典型应用;并从多方面比较BIM协同设计与传统CAD设计差异,阐述各专业BIM解决方案以及综合管廊工程中BIM应用要点,分析研究综合管廊工程设计引入BIM技术的必要性及可行性;在理论研究的基础上,根据BIM技术的特点及技术落地的客观要求,构建以协同支持环境、设计业务流程、协同设计方式为核心的BIM协同设计模式框架体系。本文主要研究成果如下:(1) BIM模式下设计业务流程。主要从工作流程、数据流转、设计成果三个方面分析BIM模式下引起业务流程变化,并在分析传统设计业务流程的基础上对各阶段业务流程适应性设计。(2)基于BIM技术的协同设计方式。基于Revit软件建立中心文件式、文件链接式两种协同设计方式,梳理两种协同方式实施步骤,比较两种方式的优缺点,并给出协同方式组合选择的基本原则。(3)探索基于BIM协同设计模式下综合管廊工程设计典型应用。在BIM协同设计模式下,以某市新区综合管廊工程设计为例,探究BIM技术在设计任务划分、模型建立与同步、设计冲突检测与处理、设计虚拟仿真、施工图出图方面的具体应用,并总结应用过程的主要障碍。本研究探索基于BIM技术的多专业协同设计在复杂工程项目中的应用,研究成果丰富了 BIM设计应用的基础理论,同时为设计企业在BIM应用的初始阶段探索实施方式提供参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:Building information model technology is another technological change in the field of engineering construction after CAD technology. The application of BIM technology will have a great impact on the current behavior mode and management mode of the engineering industry. Bim technology serves every stage of the project. The design stage is the key stage of the application of BIM technology. The application of BIM technology will greatly improve the design quality and efficiency, and directly affect the efficiency of BIM application in the subsequent stage. At present, the design industry of our country is in the transition period from the traditional CAD design mode to the BIM design mode. Under this background, this paper proposes a collaborative design pattern based on BIM technology, explores the landing scheme of collaborative design pattern based on BIM from the perspective of design enterprises, and verifies it in the design of urban integrated management corridor project. On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant research literature, industry-related investigation reports and engineering application cases, this paper briefly summarizes BIM technology and collaborative design theory, and summarizes the typical applications of BIM technology in the whole life cycle. The differences between BIM collaborative design and traditional CAD design are compared from many aspects, the BIM solutions of various specialties and the key points of BIM application in integrated pipe gallery engineering are expounded, and the necessity and feasibility of introducing BIM technology into integrated pipe gallery engineering design are analyzed and studied. On the basis of theoretical research, according to the characteristics of BIM technology and the objective requirements of technology landing, a framework system of BIM collaborative design pattern based on collaborative support environment, design business process and collaborative design mode is constructed. The main research results of this paper are as follows: (1) Design business process under BIM mode. This paper mainly analyzes the changes of business process under BIM mode from three aspects: workflow, data flow and design results. On the basis of analyzing the traditional design business process, the adaptive design of each stage business process is carried out. (2) the collaborative design method based on BIM technology. Based on Revit software, two collaborative design methods, central file type and file link type, are established, the implementation steps of the two collaborative methods are combed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are compared. The basic principle of combination selection of collaborative mode is given. (3) the typical application of integrated pipe gallery engineering design based on BIM collaborative design mode is explored. Under the mode of BIM collaborative design, taking the engineering design of integrated pipe gallery in a new district of a city as an example, this paper probes into the concrete application of BIM technology in the aspects of design task division, model establishment and synchronization, design conflict detection and treatment, design virtual simulation and construction drawing. The main obstacles in the application process are summarized. This study explores the application of multi-specialty collaborative design based on BIM technology in complex engineering projects. The research results enrich the basic theory of BIM design application. At the same time, it provides reference and reference for design enterprises to explore the implementation mode in the initial stage of BIM application.
