考虑临近高压电塔稳定性的基坑支护分析

【摘要】:复杂环境中深基坑的支护施工时面临的岩土问题一直是建筑施工中的一个难题,引起了建筑行业的众多专家学者的研究。本文以湘潭市窑湾历史文化街区酒吧街的深基坑支护为工程背景,采用理正深基坑分析和数值计算相结合的研究方法,对临近高压电塔的深基坑开挖过程中的变形和高压电塔的稳定性进行了研究,主要工作及结论包括:(1)为解决临近基坑高压电塔稳定性的问题,本文采取理论分析与数值分析相结合的分析方法,对临近基坑高压电塔稳定性的影响因素进行了归纳,主要分析了三个因素:差异沉降、外荷载分布、基础方案选型。(2)介绍了深基坑支护工程案例的概况及面临的问题,为确保基坑顶部高压电塔的稳定性,采用了理正设计软件进行方案初步设计,确定了支护方案,为后续的数值模拟提供了可行性的方案。(3)结合得出的深基坑支护方案,利用数值方法对深基坑开挖过程进行了模拟。首先建立了深基坑开挖过程的有限元模型,分析了影响高压电塔地基稳定性在开挖过程中的影响因素;然后结合施工过程中分步开挖工况,并对其进行了模拟,计算处了每一个工况中高压电塔基础的沉降值。通过改变分步开挖厚度、锚杆预应力、嵌固深度这三个因素,归纳了这三个因素对临近高压电塔稳定性的影响规律;最后通过对高压电塔稳定和结构内力的检验和比较,提出了基坑开挖与支护的控制指标,为以后此类工程问题提供参考。
[Abstract]:The geotechnical problem in the support construction of deep foundation pit in complex environment has always been a difficult problem in construction, which has caused the research of many experts and scholars in the construction industry. Taking the deep foundation pit support of bar street in Yaowan Historical and Cultural District of Xiangtan City as the engineering background, this paper adopts the research method of combining the analysis and numerical calculation of the deep foundation pit. The deformation of the deep foundation pit adjacent to the high voltage tower and the stability of the high voltage tower are studied. The main work and conclusions are as follows: (1) in order to solve the problem of the stability of the high voltage tower near the foundation pit, In this paper, the influencing factors of the stability of high voltage tower near foundation pit are summarized by means of theoretical analysis and numerical analysis, and three factors are mainly analyzed: differential settlement, external load distribution, The type selection of foundation scheme is introduced. (2) the general situation and problems of deep foundation pit support engineering are introduced. in order to ensure the stability of high voltage tower at the top of foundation pit, the reasonable design software is used to carry out the preliminary design of the scheme, and the supporting scheme is determined. It provides a feasible scheme for the subsequent numerical simulation. (3) combined with the deep foundation pit support scheme, the numerical method is used to simulate the excavation process of the deep foundation pit. Firstly, the finite element model of deep foundation pit excavation process is established, and the influencing factors of high voltage tower foundation stability in the excavation process are analyzed. Then, combined with the step-by-step excavation condition in the construction process, the settlement value of the high voltage tower foundation in each working condition is calculated. By changing the thickness of step excavation, anchor rod prestress and embedded depth, the influence of these three factors on the stability of adjacent high voltage tower is summarized. Finally, through the test and comparison of the stability of the high voltage tower and the internal force of the structure, the control index of foundation pit excavation and support is put forward, which provides a reference for this kind of engineering problems in the future.
